Coconut jaggery burfi [Thengai vellam burfi]-No white sugar, only in 10 min, Easy diwali sweet

Coconut jaggery burfi [Thengai vellam burfi or Nariyal gur ki burfi] is simple, instant, no white sugar authentic kongunadu village style sweet recipe. We used fresh coconut & grated jaggery. This coconut squares are soft and crunchy. This is best jaggery sweet for beginners. Only 1 tbsp ghee required.
Ingredient:-
Coconut - 1 cup [250 gram]
Jaggery - 1 cup [250 gram]
Water - 1/4 cup [60 ml]
Ghee - 1 tsp
