It is good to see that a Viennese Waltz in a debutante ball is still held. I wish that it would be held down here in the Deep South it would be neat to see what kind of dresses the young ladies will be wearing and what kind of Suits the gentleman would be wearing. But yes it is very nice to see the young ladies and gentlemen
I live in the South and was a dep. we had this ball. Not sure it is still given. 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ it’s not choreographed exactly like this but it is the opening dance of the ball.
Now, mostly in historical dance groups. Modern style dance classes teach intl ballroom.or other newer styles of waltz. Some European (+ German Austrian Swiss) folk classes teach various landler dance, the direct predecessor of waltz. (See videos of Sound if Music version + many Austrian + German landlers.)
Bello certamente, ma troppo lunga la processione di personaggi in apertura considerando anche che non conosco bene la lingua non ho praticamente capito niente della presentazione. Vorrei ricordare che non tutti in Italia conoscono le lingue straniere.
