I'm a PA student too! I go on the same walks, I do a play on hot girl walks and call them *smart girl walks*. The key to me is to casually listen to the podcast or re listen to a lecture and not put any pressure on memorizing. The key is to feel happy and relaxed while you hear the content. There's the chance you'll hear an important fact while looking at a neighbors house or car or fence or rose bush or something else you recognize and that will tie the information you don't know to something you do.
You're videos and podcasts are SOOOO helpful! Literally the reason I understand the material and am able to do well on exams! If you have time for any more neuro ones that would be so appreciated!! like meningitis, headaches neuropathy :)
