Hey Bro..I liked the idea of using Aquarium pump to continuously supply oxygen. Does it help not mixing daily twice? Why I am asking is, my farm is 30+ KMs from my home and its difficult to mix 2 times a day (morning and evening). Looking for options to overcome this. It looks like your idea of installing aquarium pump may help me.
I really liked your tank..I am also planning to set up one. How much its costed to you? Do you supply 100% WDC solution or some percentage.

Tank costed me about 8k ,I supply 100% solution through drip and spray 100% too. I don't use any manure or fertilizer. Just Waste decomposer from the start.

Hi Kalyan, the above situation with regards to installing aquarium pump to avoid mixing the solution twice daily.. That was a question i had too.. Did u try this and did it work? Also do you keep it running through out 5-6 days untill the WDC solution is ready

Are you seeing Algae blooms (green water bodies) from Phosphorous runoff in nearby lakes or rivers or wherever your field drains into?
first of all , thank you for your technical question, it will help others to understand this serious problem of algal bloom. as you already know it happens when phosphorous concentration (other minerals and nutrients as well in some cases )increases in water .urban runoff , waste water, residential runoff as well as agriculture runoff is a reason for this..
in our area we have a river flowing through our orchard, I will make a video on that too.
but as i said, water is in plenty most of the time in a year, and not stagnant so I have not seen any algal bloom yet ( touchwood). but as the use of chemical fertilizers is increasing day by day without any limit, I think it will happen soon ,unfortunately.
farmers around my orchard keeps chanting the names of different types of chemical fertilizers as experts but they really don't know how much quantity is safe to use...

Sorry I dont remember the amount I spent on the tank because its built along with a storage room, it doesn't require much spending, its volume is about 3600 liters.
it will take how many days to recieve wdc from NCOF(ghaziabad) after money order. Any idead? i have sent e money order today.
NCOF is not providing wdc at a moment, reason is not known.

The cement mixture must be bad! Remove the old plaster and re do it with proper mix ! That will do
Will this fertilize my soil. My soil is dry and hard
Ofcourse, it will soften the soil with regular usage...just Cover the soil with mulching, so the bacterias don't die off by sun..hope it helps...

Hi, I also made decomposer solution in cement tank of 2000 ltr, but it is turning black in colour, is it safe for use????
In my case , it was normal in colour.
Maybe it's because of the jaggery u have used. Sometimes old Jaggery can turn the solution darker than usual. It's not an issue. U can use it.

He must have said that to avoid leakage in future, I didn't face any issues with cement tank, colour doesn't matter if you are following the right process.

I have used an aquarium air pump with an air stone in place of mixing it manually with a stick ,main purpose of mixing is gaseous exchange between the waste decomposer solution and atmosphere...it will not let decrease the O2 levels in the solution (minimum 5% O2 in necessary for the survival of aerobic bacteria), which is essential in aerobic bacterial multiplication.. so it's better to attach an aquarium pump 24 hours instead of manual agitation..thanks for your question

@@aravibdkarhik3067 yeah! its the best method .it worked for me perfectly, just one thing to note, use the bigger pump for deeper reservoirs. because as we go deep ,pressure increases and will choke the air tube..pump with little higher air flow rate will work like a charm.

Color doesn't matter, but we have to keep the bacterias alive so drop some amount of jaggery in between.

You have used one air pump at the bottom but one more instrument used for water flowing through a tube . What is the name of the instrument and how it is working
It's a transparent tube with more thickness, that's why it's looking like water flowing through it. I dipped it in water temporarily that day, because I didn't have air stone. Later I replaced it with normal aquarium airtube.

I was having extra ,so used all of them.
I offered many farmers to take my extra bottles, but no one wants to use it in my area. So I used it before the expiry date.
The media present inside the bottle which contains the WD bacterias has a limited time until which it helps keeping the bacteria alive. We have to use it before that time. (Many people say, it doesn't have an expiry date) but it does have an expiry date, it's written on the bottles clearly. So if no one wants the bottles,just use them to make a solution and if someone wants it afterwards I can give them the prepared solution.
