It has been proven that a very low or almost nonexistent viral load and high cd4 count results in an infected person not being able to transmit the desease. Condomising is advisable though. The fact that Cookie is negative is proof that when it comes to HIV,not everything is black and white. HIV though, is absolutely manageable if one is infected HOWEVER, prevention is INDEED the better option.

When I heard about Magic having HIV, I wondered how she could stay with him. Now I can understand why Cookie didn’t go anywhere. I believe that it could take up to seven years or so for HIV to show up in a blood test. She probably figured there was a possibility that she’d already been exposed, so she was sitting tight. Plus, she probably truly loved him.
It only takes 3 months at most. It takes 10 years for symptoms to start to show, but if one starts taking medication, she will not get sick and will stay healthy, her entire life, except for normal sickness like everyone else, but HIV is very unlikely to kill her.

I’m not surprised that they are still together because Magic came from a two-parent household. I attended MSU while he was a student. He was EJ the DJ at the Bus Stop. Magic was a nice guy who would greet everyone. The Lakers would visit campus in an attempt to woo Magic to LA. We had so much fun. I didn’t know him or Cookie personally but he could have had any girl but he chose her. I wish he and his wife the best.

When I heard about Magic having HIV, I wondered how she could stay with him. Now I can understand why Cookie didn’t go anywhere. I believe that it could take up to seven years or so for HIV to show up in a blood test. She probably figured there was a possibility that she’d already been exposed, so she was sitting tight. Plus, she probably truly loved him.

It only takes 3 months at most. It takes 10 years for symptoms to start to show, but if one starts taking medication, she will not get sick and will stay healthy, her entire life, except for normal sickness like everyone else, but HIV is very unlikely to kill her.

It takes atmost 3 months to detect HIV, minimum 18 days, maximum 3 months, which is the window period, Anyone who understands the word "atmost" knows 30days is encapsulated in the 3 months, there is no fixed number of days within that 3 month period, it could be detected at 1, 2, but 3 months is the maximum, nothing false about scientific facts, first hand information from the hospitals and clinics. I don't need to Google stuff I know very well, learn to read to understand and Google the meaning of "atmost", before you start spewing insults at strangers you don't know personally and over things you have no expertise over.
I just googled - it can take 10 - 15 years for symptoms to show up.
