I think Ansem was a proper final boss in my opinion because he actually turned into something incredibly ginormous while the other titles just have final bosses your size lol.
I had weeks to play all the games and i haft to say...all.....they are all a pain in my ass!!! Especially malicious Grim Reaper fight...and Masters Xheanorts final fight in kh3 was just wow! Just wow
That fake out death at the end of Kingdom Hearts 3 gave me chills
Same when I heard Donald and Goofy call Sora's name from the controller I was shook

Xemnas was meant to be more grandiose as well, but they didn't have the time to do their original concept.

Damn this entire series just has so much final bosses and im just glad i beaten them all up to now until kh4

Xemnas will always be the best final boss, Marluxia at a close 2nd best
My favourite final boss and boss in the whole series is Xemnas in Kingdom Hearts 2.
You forgot to put Xemnas in KH3D, he is Sora's final boss.
