the talkbox gets me every time, i get the mechanics behind it but i still respect the level of skill it takes to employ it correctly, not only are you mouthing the words but you have to know what notes to play effectively express what a singer would actually do with his/her voice - both at the same time!!! i love it
Like the old "tap your head and rub your stomach" trick to the power of 100 haha
It’s actually quite instinctual, you don’t really think about it, it’s like singing but you don’t have to make a sound and you’re capable of hitting any note instantly. Once you get the hang of it it feels really natural similar to singing but with less effort, for more reward 😊
Peter Frampton, Dave Grohl and others have used it. It's badass.
