@7:40 there are two VA-25As in service. But they are sister planes. Identical (as far as we know) inside and out. The "Doom's day plane", while also based on a 747 airframe, is designated the E-4B. And serves as an advanced airborne command post. Callsign: Night Watch

President George W. Bush visited Iraq in December 2008 with a convoy of six identical limousines and other vehicles. I saw a footage of those limos running side by side in a documentary but never found it again. It was a cool thing to watch and I am still searching for it.

7:46 You have your facts WAY wrong. There are two VC-25As that serve as Air Force One, but they are both identical blue & white aircraft based at Andrews AFB, MD. The white aircraft you show is a completely different aircraft. Yes, it's nicknamed the "Doomsday Aircraft" but it's an E-4B not a VC-25, and it's based out of Nebraska.

Rail one should actually be considered a thing given that the US secret service actually operated a series of rail cars before the first presidential jet plane was aquired.
Even if the rail stock was retired well before the AF1 callsighn was created.

When President George W Bush delivered his "Mission Accomplished" speech in 2003 on the USS Abraham Lincoln, he was flown there on a Navy S-3, which carried the callsign "Navy One" while the president was aboard.
If the president travelled on a rail car operated by one of the military branches, there might be a case that it should be named "Army One" (if it was an Army rail car). However, when the president is aboard a navy ship (like the USS Abraham Lincoln noted above), the ships name doesn't change to "Navy One" - this is only for aircraft. So it might be that a rail car wouldn't have an executive call-sign, as rail cars don't have callsigns.

The state pays for the president's transportation during his election campaign? I must have misunderstood something
If the sitting president wants to run again, he will also need transportation for his election campaign, for example Obama.
Well the secret service doesn't care about the campaign. He is still the president until the next one is sworn in. (Incase he loses)
Not 100% but I think the states provide some level of local security and other amenities, the states' invoice the administration, who then ignore said invoice, and the states get stiffed for the bill.
When the President travels for for re-election campaigns or for someone else's political campaign, his political party picks up the tab for the travel expenses, that's what political fund raisers are for. The pollical party pays for things like the fuel cost, police, lodging and other support personnel, because these type of travels are not considered " government/state official business".

It wasn't the Presidential limo, but I once hauled two Tahoe and one suburban form a Cincinnati suburb to Langley, VA FBI headquarters. These vehicles were bullet proofed and prepped for agent use. They weighed twice what normal units weighed, my ramps started to buckle while unloading and I had to get additional bracing under them

You are wrong, there are two 747 airplanes, and they are identical. I've seen them both. Often the staff is flying in the other one, when they use both to other countries. And by the way, I drove in the Presidential motorcade in my private car. My passenger was the chief of the Secret Service and we had a very special duty in the motorcade. We were the last car in the motorcade, and only police motorbikes were allowed to follow us and our speed. You can believe it or not, but it's a true story from 1999 under the Oslo-agreement. My private car was also parked beside the Presidential limo nighttime.

It's technically any US Army vehicle which is transporting the president.
Typically a helicopter. Pretty much the same vehicle type as Marine One and Navy One.
Each service branch gets its own special presidential vehicle. Not very practical. But very important for presidential administrations juggling prestige and favours around.

My thoughts:
1. Biden's pretty expendable at this point. If I were Biden I'd make it clear to the secret service that they don't take any bullets for me.
2. Just drive the limos or put them on an 18 wheeler to ship them instead of loading them on an airplane. If you have 16 limos there should be enough to go around while trucks drive them across the country.
3. Given the huge motorcade and custom limos just put the president in a Bradley IFV. I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out to be much cheaper than custom designing limmos. It probably has better protection as well.
