Victor Ruiz. he use a VST called D16 punchbox. there is a lot of Kicks out there these days that come from this VST.

Bro.. Very basic theory for you, as soon as you use the note a semitone up after your tonic you are not in a minor scale.
You could be in a handful of modes depending on what other notes you have chosen to use but definitely not minor at all.

Nice sound design on the bass but the track plods along and really lacks any kind of killer rhythm and groove which is kind of the point of dance music is it not? The reverbed bass eg. feels way too languid. I'll take a funky ass simple bassline any day over a complex one that feels overprogrammed and stuck on the grid. There are many underground producers making far far superior records to this.
