    I've lived with acute insomnia for almost all my life. Apart from my own cognition, not being able to sleep has been my body's way of telling me there is something deeply wrong in my life, and I must fix it if I want good sleep.
    If you feel depressed, 9 times out of 10 it is due to some problem or condition in your life causing you dissatisfaction. The best thing you can do is identify the problem and try to fix it. Even if you fail at reaching a solution, the very pursuit of the goal will assuade your negative emotions, and in eventually solving it, you will be temporarily happy, until the next challenge comes along for you to overcome once more.

    Please, aight, don't stop making these videos (but don't force yourself to do CZcams as a full-time job). Your stories about your hardships and how you overcame them are very relatable. Your last 3 videos have been a great layman's terms exposé about being human. Your "drinking redbull, watching youtube with the lights on" remark somewhat made me interested in your opinion about degenerating effects of screen time next (and how to substitute it for books, working out, going out and stuff if you're into that thing), as I think it is a sleeper-problem that we're all facing every day.

    The dark circles under your eyes are not caused by insomnia. There's more than one reason you might have those, namely it could be due to the skin under your eyelids being so thin that they're see-through, and/or a surplus of melatonin in that region. I have these dark circles too and thought for a long time they were due to my inhumane sleep schedule for a while but it turns out they're unrelated
