@@evanbrad7327 both of you are right, but there has got to be a point of convergence to move forward by, in my opinion, recognizing that the past still has influence in the present for Haitians. It must not be easy to try to break free when financially they haven´t been able to break away with oligopoly models left by capitalism from the last century. I left Guatemala at 21, but I can remember and still hear how frustrating it is to be at the mercy of the free market which coincidentally exploits those countries with unfair prices, so no matter how much idealism you have in your youth, in adulthood you will bow down to the system, putting money over people lives and well being. So yeah, Evan Brad, is not white people in the way you are self perceiving right now, but more of a model that other people will acquire, assimilate. I think that right now is better if we do try to understand what is going on at the root, a deeper level if you will. Perhaps we have to examine how to really help the countries that we (now I´m part of the system) pretty much took over, yeah, colonized just to serve our strategic geopolicies, to show how a powerful country assess its dominance over the rest just to win in the Cold War.

“The good news about Jesus Christ! And the untold secret that many do NOT know about Christians.”
(Luke 15:7)- “there is more joy in heaven over one lost sinner who repents and returns to God than over ninety-nine others who are righteous and haven’t strayed away!
(Explanation: did you know that there will be just as much joy in heaven for a gang member or prostitute or drug dealer, etc who turned their life around as much as a person who was a perfectly good Christian their whole entire lives? It’s true!
(2 Peter 3:9)- “He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent.”
(Explanation: God Does NOT want to punish teen parents, or gang members or prostitutes, gossips, bullies, etc, What makes Him happy is to see such individuals turn their lives around for the better and prove all doubters and critics wrong! That’s it.
      (The untold secret about Christians)-
Did you know that A fair percentage of True Christians are actually FORMER gang members, or former drug dealers, former bullies, former teen parents, former prison inmates, etc? people who did bad things in their past and were desperate for a life change. So they turned their lives to Jesus Christ and the Bible. And it worked out well for them! Jesus Christ is wonderfully accepting!

*True: 58% agree media is ‘enemy of the people,’ 83% hit ‘fake news’*
      July 9, 2021 WASHINGTON EXAMINER
*President Joe Biden’s election might have made the media feel good, but it’s done very little for the industry’s reputation with news consumers.*
In the latest demonstration of the difficulties the news media face, a sizable 58% of likely voters told Rasmussen Reports that they believe the media are “truly the enemy of the people,” a phrase coined by former President Donald Trump.
Some 46% disagreed, but the highest number (34%) said that they “strongly agree” with Trump.
As with similar surveys during the Trump era, Democrats believe the media far more than Republicans. Now, 56% of Democrats “trust” the news they receive versus 58% of Republicans who don’t.
      The partisanship is not surprising.
But there was some agreement on “fake news,” another Trump phrase, being a serious problem. A supermajority of Republicans, 92%, said it is a problem as did 74% of Democrats. Overall, 83% said it is a big problem.
Notably, said Rasmussen, independents generally agree with Republicans on the “enemy of the people” question, at 61%.
Said the pollster, “Voters overwhelmingly believe ‘fake news’ is a problem, and a majority agree with former President Donald Trump that the media have become ‘the enemy of the people.’”

Easy to solve. The president must have been warned few times to desist from whatever course of action he was taking--otherwise…… Obviously, he did not listen and stopped. He must have discussed those threats with someone, find out who…case closed. I remember Indira Gandi, the Pm of India was killed by her own guards.
