Andamento da obra da CASA NO CONDOMÍNIO - terreno com aclive

Visita de conferência na Casa Jacarandá - etapa de fundação do subsolo e do pavimento térreo (que são deslocados entre si - explico no vídeo). Fevereiro/2023.
O terreno possui um aclive com diferença de altura da frente até os fundos de 14,5m, e o desafio foi encontrar o meio termo para que a casa não ficasse tão alta olhando de frente, mas também não ficasse enterrada nos fundos. Espero que goste!

The land has a slope with a difference in height from the front to the back of 14.5m, and the challenge was to find the middle ground so that the house would not be so high looking from the front, but also not buried in the back. I hope you enjoy!
