    'Always' change the driveshaft seals while you are in there. Very simple to do and you've already got all the crap out of the way. 🙂

    Great video, may want to include greasing drive shaft and shifting pin before reinserting. Also anti seize on your 7 bolts holding lower unit on.

    Thanks for the video I feel confident that I can do this with no problem one thing I was told by the Yamaha dealer is to not run the engine when using the flush port always use the muffs

    You didn't mention anything about the 2 o-ring seals in the housing.

    Where did you connect the water hose? I thought you had to use ear muffs?

      Use the ear muffs when your running the engine. There's a hose connection on the left of the engine that can b use to flush the engine when is not running.

    Needs to be done ones a year.
