@@criticalhitwargaming5290 man, thats a lot of armies xD. Maybe you could go for a generic tutorial on basing in diferent styles like, instead of going to the space wolves video to see how to make the base (or any other) have them in a separate short and easy video :D.
That's funny, when I painted mine I did the rider in flesh tearers red, and then the horse was blood angels red. Made a nice difference. For my second set of blood knights I did blood angels red all over and then nuln oil over the horse barding to darken it and make a difference. I liked your process a lot!
Gorgeous models, nice and easy to follow with some striking results! Just curious how to you manage to get such a clean finish with contrast on large areas, any tips? Looking forward to seeing your Lauka Vai/Vengorian Lord tutorial too!
If you look in the video you'll see I've always got loads of paint on my brush when using contrast. Where possible don't paint over the same area with more than one stroke, it's then that it starts to streaky and weird.

Very nice video. When you miss a spot while contrast painting, how do you fill it in?
Just use another small corrective layer of contrast :)

I timed it and just to do the flesh tearers red it takes me an hour, and it still doesn't look half as good, gawd im an awful painter haha
An hour? Bloody 'eck! Well, slow and steady wins the race. No shame in taking a bit of extra time about it.
