I got Garen in an ARAM yesterday and looked up a build. I was surprised to see he was S Rank and he definitely felt strong as heck. Didn't even know about Experimental Hexplate and I wish I had built that.
Pretty much any bruiser is having a great time in ARAM now. I think Yorick of all champions was rocking a top 10 winrate this patch or last.
