"A_B_A_C_A_B was a method used to remember the original sequence of the song when it was in it's embryonal state. "A" was the verse, "B" was the chorus, and "C" was the bridge. So the original version went verse, chorus, verse, bridge, verse, chorus. However that sequence was later changed, but the name stuck. I am almost sure the lyrics were Mike Rutherford's."

Totally awesome, and shows that as a three-piece Genesis had not completely abandoned all their prog style. I never got why people said that. The prog was always there, even at their poppiest.

I was 13 when this came out I think it was the second record I bought and I had to fight my evil sister for tine on HER turntable so I could listen to it, she just wanted to play adam and the ants constantly.

Kedves Veronika, jó látni,hogy a ti korosztályotokban is van,aki kedveli a Genesist.Én 14 évesen ismertem meg őket(annak bizony 36 éve :)) )A bakelitlemezek borítójáról tanultam meg a dalok szövegét,ami jól is jött,mert akkor kezdtem a gimnáziumot és az angol nyelv tanulását.Ajánlom még figyelmedbe a Styx együttes Paradise Theatre,Kilroy was here és Cornerstone c. albumait,amiket szintén 14-15 évesen kezdtem hallgatni.

+Adam Ford as Dave C said but imagine this and I don't know where you are from but I am in OZ down under and grew up in QLD on the Gold Coast and when the mates and I were cruising around Surfers Paradise beach in the HG holden and this came on the AM radio it was like YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHH party and you cranked that song until the speakers were distorted which didn't take much and you did a little air guitar and drums and all had a group sing-along while not missing a beat as you yelled out Hi! to the girls walking around in 80's high cut bikini's....as this song faded out and Chilli Wacks gone gone gone you been gone so long came on or Queens Another one bites the dust or Van Halens Beautiful girls....it didn't get much better.

I had the privilege of attending a live concert of these gentlemen who still had not seen since their only visit to Portugal in March 1975. After the departure of Peter Gabriel was another thrust and basic caracteristcas band became another direction by taking attitude of Phil Collins, no less a good leader, composer and poet in addition to being excellent drummer. The band released several albums of worldwide and been exposed to public concerts chilling. Backed by a good range of sound engineers and "roadies" who were tireless in satiating the desire to live unforgettable moments perpetrated by these sellers of dreams. Yes, Genesis were a band from one level out of the ordinary as a progressive rock band. It is a pity, as death seeks young people because they are angels, angels Genesis were for some time in the music scene and the decline was cast as everything in this life ... what is good is over.
