I'm obsessed with her colour blocking techniques. What I love about Sasha is her drag looks are so powerful and so bright and artistic but the way she expresses her drag is so vulnerable and so pure I just adore the Velour!

Julio Serivah Colour blocking is when there isn't like, a colour theme in an outfit. So blocks/panels of bright contrasting colours. I don't know why they said techniques plural, as she only did it once the whole season (the look with the little house on her head).

True winner of the season. This girl is FIRE. You can see she is different and have a unique aesthetic. And she was robbed 2 times! She should won the makeover and the gayest ball ever!!!
Maybe she should won those two, but she was given 2 wins she didn't deserve, so score is same.
I really don't feel she deserved the win for the gayest ball ever. For one, she didn't deliver 'ball' looks she gave fashion. But she missed the mark with "sexy unicorn" about as much as Shea did with Rainbow. Shea's wasn't the bright rainbow but it still had colourful elements. Nothing about Sasha's unicorn was sexy. Both looks were sickening in my opinion but neither really met what was required. All in all I felt Shea's looks were different and unique where as Sasha;s were predictable and her gay look and village people look had very similar silhouettes. I mean people have read Shea for her body suits and Nina for her padding but these looks make Sasha's pencil skirt count 6 and 2 were in one challenge. And it's not as if she just got unlucky with two outfits she brought being for the same runway like she made the cow boy look and she didn't even attempt to switch it up like come on. And for the makeover it was a toss up but I feel Trinity's makeover had the most transformation and similarity. I really love Sasha and from the start she was one of my front runners however I just have to disagree with all this "this queen deserved this" and "that queen deserved that" bullshit people keep spouting. No offence I've just reached my limit for this now.
Also her rainbow look was a turtle neck and a pencil skirt, colours of the rainbow be damned it's been one of the most pedestrian looks on the show in a long time. Even if it's "on brand" it shouldn't excuse how basic it is.

Her faux fur look is so underrated.
My favorite looks from her were the faux fur, the unicorn and the makeover!
The only one I disliked was the Princess Uglina look and even that one had the headpice (which was amazing) to cover the fact that the dress was ugly.

She’s so different and unique and she’s like a new era of drag you guys are so stuck on the queens that all look the same do their makeup the same wear similar outfits and all her looks are completely different EVERY time and so creative and well put together. She can slay you WITH or WITHOUT a wig and not every queen can do that. I think the biggest reason i love her is a can connect to her so much the odd one out weird in a special way she’s AMAZING

Sasha is one of my whole time favorite drag queens. Their look in drag is that it's an art form and their stage performances only evolved in more artistic way after the show too.
What i was so enchanted by Sasha during their seasons was each look, each theme they presented it so uniquely. Each walk was like a short performance.

I think the odds are against her, but I still think she's the most unique and creative of all of them. The others are stunning and talented, but Sasha has shown so much more of what drag culture is and taught me a lot.
Arty queens in Makeover challenges are continuously overlooked - yvie sasha and Crystal all deserved to win their makeovers but they gave it to pagent queens instead

Honestly she was the most deserving winner of s9 imo. Yes, she only had 2 victories and they were shared with Shea, but that's because her and Shea were equally the best on those challenges. Those 2 wins are not any less valid. Plus, she placed high in most of the challenges and she never landed in the bttm2. She was the one who did most consistently well. Statistically, according to the scoring system, her track record was super close to Shea's and better than Trinity's. If Sasha had won the ball (like she should have imo), her track record would have been the best. Plus, she slayed the lipsync for the crown, so I don't know how you can say that she didn't earn it. I think haters hate Sasha because she doesn't have a "big personality" and because they think she's presumptuous. Actually I think she's very understated, calm and poised, which are things that I really appreciate. She has so much class. Drag Queens don't have to be loud or shady at all costs.
Plus, she's really knowledgeable and she manages to incorporate that even in her comedy. Her snatchgame and her roasts were both incredibly unique and they were both deserving of a win imo.
She found a way to make Marlene Dietrich funny and she managed to make actually original jokes that didn't revolve around Michelle being an old sl*t filled with botox (no shade to the other contestants).
The way she roasted Valentina by saying "a Queen who combines all the excitement of smiling with the thrill of just standing there" was one of the funniest, most clever reads I've ever heard in 17 seasons of RPDR. It was sophisticated yet ironic, funny and unexpected, which is something really rare to find, since most comedians rely on sex jokes or age jokes to be funny. I love me some sex jokes but compared to what Sasha did, they're a bit basic. Sasha really proved that you can be "intellectual" and sophisticated but at the same time also funny and relatable. Her originality was evident throughout the whole season, not just in the final lipsync. Maybe she isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I am honestly glad she won (especially since she was kinda overlooked throughout the season).
I LOVE the subtlety and grace of her movement and facial expressions on the runway... especially that last one. So polished and refined. Gorgeous.
I can't believe she managed to pull that unicorn shit the fuck OFF and still had time to create two other bomb-ass looks.

Also her smile is very bright and beautiful, plus she has perfect teeths and a beautiful face (in my opinion she's one of the most pretty queens among Farrah and Valentina). She's been one of the strongest in the competition with 5 highs and 2 wins (partened with Shea, but is a win anyways), she never landed in the bottom 2 and was also very loyal to her style. And don't forget that she demostrate that she can be funny because she was one of the best on the snatch game and the roast challenge.

Sasha really had the best runway when you look at all her looks at once. No one else can take vintage and make it so modern with a rebellious feel, the way Sasha does. I wish her reunion and so emotional looks we're here too because they are my favorite.
I love Sasha so much that it hurts me physically sometimes. I've never seen so much pure, beautiful and polished art all in one place. Looking at her looks gives me a similar feeling as when I'm looking at Violet Chachki, but with more concept and less fish. I just LIVE. That makeup is also so refined and perfect, I love everything about Sasha and she's tied as my #1 favorite queen of all times (with Adore, for different reasons)

Can all of you bitter shea fans just not shit on Sasha's win she won fairly she slaughtered shea in a lip sync which was the challenge which would pick a winner and now if u think that the sudden death lip sync was bullshit have u no idea what a reality tv show competition is it's supposed to have twists and turns and keep the audience engaged and keep guessing who will win the whole time, and who are u to be telling a successful tv show how it should be run and what to do just simply bc your favorite didn't get what you thought she deserved, the show is awarding the title and prize so it has the right to pick how the contestants get tested to see who is most deserving of it, and lip syncing is one of the major aspects of drag therefore it's more than a fair thing to be put to the test on that, this twist is nice and refreshing to all the past seasons where the clear winner stood out from like 4 episode before the show actually ended bc they were given a lot of wins, it's exiting to see the group be put to the test and widle down to 4 top contestants and then pick out two who fail in a challenge then see a top 2, now you say shea worked the headrest but who said working the hardest means success this is tv not real life, reality competitions are never fair, so stop winning Sasha's win is deserved, specially after being robbed so many times.

Sasha is a very deserved winner. Shea should be runner up with Trinity 3rd . Sasha Velour is fierce and a great winner ..she is in the same level with original winners like Sharon Needles , Jinx , Raja , Bianca and Violet Chachki. Overall Season 9 is a great and succesful season with many amazing queens
