- This is my somewhat short review of the new OnePlus Nord 3 5G. One of the better mid-range phones right now actually. At least if you ask me.

💻 Laptop ► MacBook Air M1 13" (2020)
It´s old. But it is still the best laptop you can buy if you want an affordable, fast, portable and completely silent (no fans) computer with a fantastic screen, keyboard and trackpad. Sorry Windows.

Great vid bro, Do you still have this phone? What do you think of heating? Is a big issue?
Thank you so much! No, it was a review sample so it´s been returned a little while back. However as far as I can remember I had no heating issues at all with the phone while using it :-) // Chris
@@GetThereFaster Thank you so much Chris, understanding that this device was given to you by the company for a review, is there something about this nord that you didn't like at all? That makes you say "this is fucking shit" ♥️
@@emiliano6542 Haha, honestly no. The only thing I can think of that I´m personally not a huge fan of is the cutout for the front-camera. However it didn´t bothered me that much though :-) Other than that, it´s a really neat phone for the price :-) // Chris
Does the animation of opening and closing the app drawer feels really slow? Compared to other phones like the pixel 7
Hi! The opposite actually! It feels very natural and not at all laggy compared to many other phones simplify priced phones. However compared to something extremely new, like Sonys Xperia 1 V, (with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2) that on top of the system chip also has a really minimal approach to animations in the OS, you can definitely feel a difference. But to be honest I personally prefer the somewhat calmer opening of the app drawer of the Nord 3 if I had to pick between that and the instant open of the Xperia 1 V for example. So to sum it up, there's a slight animation in place when opening the app drawer, but not in terms of that it's laggy or slow. Also note that I have tested the 16 GB RAM version. So there _might_ be a difference in the 8 GB one depending on how many apps you actually have installed. (That became longer than I expected :-D). Thanks for the question! // Chris
Did you try the IR Blaster, I haven’t seen anyone use or try it in a video😅
Hi! Actually I didn’t! However still have the phone so just tested it now with my (relatively old) LG TV and it works perfect! Could not find a button it could not simulate (inputs, menus, power on/off etc.) all worked great! Might make a short video around it if I get the time. Thanks for a great question :-) // Chris
