Rain of fire needs a serious dmg buff there is no reason it should do less damage than fire dragon for 2 more pips. And is also arguably less useable.
You play the game wrong , it's used for breaking shield because thé overturn damage is veeeeery massive way more than dragon
@@akrammeziane9979up front damage is way more valuable than DOT. You’d be better off using a shield removing TC and then hitting with a useful spell than using ROF. Especially if you’re in a team.

As someone who loved the fire school when I was a kid my favorite spells were the dragon, Phoenix and fire elephant

whats that robe called? looks way better than fire elegant
it was part of the loyalty shop called the dawn elegant gear
