My mother said he had Beautiful Green Eyes! I looked at her and said what? But she was right! He was like a male model or something! She thought he was Beautiful! You can never tell who a Woman will find attractive. She was upset when she heard he died.
He was gorgeous. They should've just let them sing. Their music was great and not every famous singer has an amazing voice. Madonna is the perfect example. She has great songs and most of us love her stuff at one point or another and she's not celine Dion. The record company should've been sued and held accountable for these guy's fallout.
Fab Morvan sounds awesome. It really pisses me off that they did not consider hiring a voice coach for them back then. Edit: I have watched the documentary, and I have gotten more context of the story, I understand that they wanted so sing for real, but they whore obligated by there contract to lip sync, but they did sing for real on there second album.
Fab didn’t know English back then . He was so amateurish who had the look and was taken advantage of BIG TIME !!!
I was thinking the same thing. Because the original voice was basic as it can get. I bet these 2 would have pulled it off easily if just trained for 2 weeks with a voice coach.

The whole thing was so special, complex and sad. I really appreciate they made a movie about it and many shows gave Fab a chance to show there was (regarding today's showbiz) actually no need to destroy the group back then.

Sounds amazing, Fabs voice is full of soul, powerfull and so soft at the same time. Rob is on stage this evening, too! Also, big credits to John! Fantastic, as always before!
This gave me chills and tears to see those two sing together. Fab can sing! John obviously cares for him and got over any animosity (if it existed as reported in the media). And probably coached him. They were wonderful. If only Rob had could have been there too. 💔💕

Fab can actually sing pretty decently. His voice is just a bit flat, but not horrible or anything though, with no real noticeable accent. Rob on the other hand couldn't sing if his life depended on it for the most part however.

Frank is crazy for not having Fab sing on the records. He had a great voice and would have been great. I think he just wanted the image and did not care one bit if either could sing or give them a chance to prove themselves.
today you have autotune. back then no. but the scandal was just an US thing...Frank did the voice for boney m. and nobody cared, cause boney wasnt a big thing in the US. a lot of US producers were just pissed by this german act.
Back then in the late 80s he or Rob were not trained singers. Only after the fiasco did fab decide to study music and learn singing

Love this, I was in high school when Milli Vanilli was on top of the world, yes the lip sync scandal was heartbreaking, but seeing Fab sing these hits perfectly with John, is the perfect medicine for a Milli Vanilli like myself , there is no doubt though that if Farian just let them sing for themselves , they would have even been bigger! Además, ellos insistieron al productor qué querían cantar con sus propias voces pero éste se negó. Contrató a John Davis para poner la voz. Incluso, John propuso al productor cantar los tres y creo hubiese sido mejor para todos y Pilatus no se hubiese quitado la vida.

I'm glad Fab performed with him.* That's how it should've been back in the day with the Back Up Singers on Stage with Rob & Fab doing the strong Vocals while they sang along.
