This summer has made me realize how much useful having ventilated seats are going to be. It should be a must have feature as much as dashcam and list of passive and active safety. Nexon - most VFM. Instead of of electric parking brakes and some unnecessary features, Mahindra could have given ventilated seats.
Mahindra has ADAS which is the best feature and seats are not ventilated but polarized
I think these cars should be ranked in this order:-
1. Tata Nexon
2. Maruti Brezza
3. Mahendra XUV 3XO
4. hyundai venue
5. Kia sonet
Venue and sonnet are same to same I have ranked venue over sonet just due to appearances 😅
But the above 3 are visely placed

@AssamandAssamese123 well ride quality is the best trust me. Yes I agree engine is not refined but it's neither annoy you so it's negligible dosent matter much
idk what are you talking about but comparing the models xuv wins in all price , safety and features . maybe the boot space is less but it compensates for it with ample cabin space . ALso xuvs engine is better tuned and more reliable .

Every channel has it's USP. Motor Octane's is clearly group tests. The sheer level of detail in covering the important aspects of each car is commendable. Hat's off to you guys and keep up the fantastic work.
I am an enthusiastic person so I will choose the 3xo turbo gdi petrol manual but if Nexon get more power in their engine I will definitely choose the nexon

3XO is a game changer. Although Nexon is ahead in terms of reliability but I don't find any concern with Mahindra as well. Plus, the interiors of 3XO is the most premium one. I'll Definitely choose 3XO because of ADAS and other premium features.... So my rankings goes like this:

4. BREZZA
5. SONET

As variants of cars in this segment ranges from single to double lakh digits and overlaps with higher variants of lower segment and lower segment of higher segment this mahacomparo though is very informative makes less sense.
Buyer starts with a budget and not with only intention to buy top variants which themselves vary in price a lot in the same segment.
Want a mahacomparo between segment car variants in under 10 lakh/12 lakh and 15 lakh. Which definitely will prove to be the best informative comparison. Rachit and motoroctane team hope you make this kind of comparo.

Right, it is actually decent looking both exterior and interior wise and a very practical vehicle. For me, the miniscule size screen is a turn off and seems like an aftermarket fitting.

especially their engines very reliable and performance
Problem with XUV is that some cars are really defective, airbags won't work and front axle becomes so loose that it pops out of the car leading to an accident. What will level 2 adas do in that situation.

Brother, use full manual and uniform settings on the camera when comparing headlight throw across cars. The camera is compensating for good exposure.

Did anyone heard sound system of AX7L (haan kardon)-
Cuz I have visited today Pune's showroom and tried checking the sound
And i was in shock as to how this system can sound so less, I set the sound at 30 still I didn't felt its loud enough
I have sonet hTX at home and it was not even maching loudness of that with the sale person we did factory reset the sound settings of the system I don't think its even close to the bose system and the Nexon jbl (very very loud and bass)
Can someone please help me know if they also felt the same ?
I am sure my phone sound was full (iphone 12 connect via Bluetooth as carplay is not available with wireless now)

for me Nexon looks good with overall features,design,safety compared Mahindra 3xo or any other car in that segment, only that Nexon does not offer segment first Adas level 2 features.
Venue has three headrest at the back and it does not have 12v socket behind. You are having 2023 model prior to Sep 23.
XUV 3xo ka Torque converter slow he mera friend Kushaq 1.0At own karta he ( Kushaq aur Xuv 3xo me same Gearbox he) it takes more than 14.5seconds to do 0-100 but in manual it only takes 11.5 seconds. I saw some videos on the internet that XUV 3xo tooks more than 15 seconds do to 0-100 which means it's even slower than Nexon Amt 😅.
XUV 3xo ke boot me sirf 2 full size bag bhet sakte he aur Nexon me 3 full size bag. Agar medium to small bags carry karne he toh XUV 3xO ki boot se bhi kam chal jayega .

Just surprised to notice that the "SUNROOF" factor is not analyzed at all 🤔. Learned that 3X0 beats out any other car in this segment in this factor. Sorry if I overlooked the video , kindly share the time stamp so that I can witness the analysis on "SUNROOF" also. @motoroctane .
Sunroof is the biggest hoax in Indian car industry. We own a suv with sun roof and not even a single time we found a use of it. People are compelled to buy car with sunroof because top model doesn't come without it
This 3xo boot space, i am little confused by the numbers here. Video mentions 364 litres but isn't it around 290 litres with the parcel tray? Are we considering boot space till roof for others too
So - all cars boot space mentioned are measured till the roof. All automakers are marketing big boot space.
