The German D8506 Mod 1937 Agricultural Tractor was a rugged and reliable machine used by farmers in Germany during the 1930s and throughout World War II.
The tractor was designed and built by the Deutz AG company and was widely used by the German army for a variety of logistical and engineering tasks.
The D8506 had a four-cylinder diesel engine that produced 50 horsepower and was capable of pulling heavy loads at low speeds.
It had a maximum speed of around 25 km/h and was equipped with a four-speed manual transmission.
The tractor had a simple but sturdy design, with a steel frame and large, spoked wheels that provided excellent traction in muddy or uneven terrain.
It was also equipped with a power take-off (PTO) system that allowed it to drive a variety of agricultural and industrial machinery.
The D8506 was an important tool for the German war effort, used to transport supplies, construct fortifications, and perform a variety of other tasks.
Despite its age, it remained in service with the German army until the end of the war and was widely used by farmers in post-war Germany as well.
