“We haven’t done a surgery in a long time now, mommy....” - the most gentle plea by my little guy, who has been asking daily since our last case. But when he asked if our insides ever come outside (very Halloween-appropriate 🧟‍♂️), I knew it was time to do a hernia.

I prototyped low-tech hernia models all week, and finally came up with something to simulate a cough test (and manual reduction), which you’ll see had us (me) giggling! 😆
