Gotta side with Joe for the most part. At the very least they had to nerf Hulk so that Thanos' plan could happen.
Overpowered hero characters are what almost every comic book nerd fan want, and it's also why comic book film's usually have no stakes and are childish and boring. Look no further than the failure of Snyder's Superman for evidence of that.

I think the movies that Russo brothers should direct in dceu are justice league dark or teen titans. These team up characters are easy to understand and write the character. And then after that, maybe they’ll understand that Superman maybe an OP character, but he’s more easy to understand his character.

Really great to see my favorite comic book directors building each other up. Zack Snyder’s Justice League and Infinity War were both spectacular.
Russo Brothers made 4 great MCU films and were one of MCU’s best directors. 1000% agreed with that the Snyder Cut is indeed the definitive cut of Justice League, (don’t see any other version of it).
Wishing Russo Brothers the best for their upcoming projects!

The Russo's made 4 consecutive brilliant films - each revered by film critics, and fans alike, because they understand this. *You NEVER will.* They realize that, so they don't even waste their time trying to explain it to you.

Thor and Scarlet Witch have been given character arcs and they haven't been turned into "video games" regardless of them being 2 of the strongest beings in the MCU. Same with Dr. Strange. He and Wanda are literally bending the rules of reality, but the writers still make time for them to still have character development and story arcs. Hulk has never even had a good story arc. You can't tell me that hiding all of Infinity War because The Hulk is scared is a good story arc? I understand he got beat up by Thanos bc of plot to establish how strong he is, but Hulk doesn't even get a redeeming moment in Endgame against him... all he ends up with is a busted arm and no fight scene. So even when they nerfed him they never made him a good character.
