Well covid and dumb mismanagement is what closed these places and plus some treat their employees like crap and such like the ihop in Quincy Illinois did just close up didn't inform the employees till the next day the employees show up seeing a note giving the dear jon.speech.

Here in Detroit and there is a IHOP/APPLEBEE'S combination restaurant in the Millander Center in Downtown Detroit. The IHOP/APPLEBEE'S combination restaurant is still open for business and doing an excellent business
That’s the iHop they had that shooting at and one of my friends used to work in. The shooting at this particular location which is now shuttered was caused by three girls that used to be at the homeless shelter. They went in there and started acting the fool when security had to intervene. They were trying to get them out when one of them pushed the security guard. He fell causing the gun to go off killing one of the girls.
@@WallieB26I was thinking the same thing. All the three girls had to do was find a job to not be homeless and maybe they wouldn't have acted like fools and the one wouldn't have gotten herself killed.

I have 3 of them in Fort Wayne Indiana. The one I went to was garbage. Lettuce in the salad was brown and wilted. Food was cold. It was so bad. IHOP used to be good. I probably wont go to another one. Love your videos! Keep up the amazing work!
There’s a abandoned ihop in Findlay Ohio just off oh state route 224 it still has all of its signage and last I checked all the tables and everything is still sitting inside
The IHOP where I live is still going strong, I've only been in there maybe twice. I thought it was okay, but there are better things near there. There was once a Boston Market just down the street from there, and I remember my grandparents going there a couple times a month. Funny you bring up Boston Market, one of my neighbors had her first job at the Boston Market closest to North Hills High School. No, I'm not in Pittsburgh, though I live in the city whose team beat the Steelers in the Super Bowl about 12 years ago. 😀
Ahh Green Bay! Haha are you referring to North Hills High School in the Pittsburgh area? Because that Boston Market location was only a few miles away from me. I did a video there back in 2017. It's now Doce Taqueria and their food is fantastic!

Speaking of the iHop in Homestead, PA. I had gotten breakfast from there last weekend, just because I was in the mood for iHop and I must say I was very disappointed in the food as well. The last time I had ate there was when it first opened and loved the food myself, but since last weekend, that was the last time I will ever get anything from that location. Also, Boston Market still has ONE location open and that's the one on Baum Blvd. Needless to say, I'm not even sure how much longer that location will be open. Lastly, thanks for another great video man. Take it easy.
They still have Boston markets in the Philly area but not as many as they use to have and a few years ago Boston market was taking over some of the old pizza huts that closed and some of the Boston markets made and some didn't make it
Same floor plan as the one in my city. Surprisingly ours is still open. I see on average of 8 - 10 cars at any given time. Mostly employees I'm assuming.
Outs in Lexington, SC had good food and no problems there. There trouble is there slow. I know one time we placed our order and waited over an hour and they never brought our food so we got up and left

It's been years since I last visited an IHOP even though we have 2 restaurants in this part of Michigan within driving distance. Those being in Mt Pleasant and Saginaw.
I’m surprised there aren’t many IHOP’s up there since down in North Carolina there are a ton. And also, there’s a few Boston Markets down here. Used to like them but they changed staff, so I stopped going cuz the new staff was really unfriendly.
I actually knew the three girls that were involved in the shooting up there too. That was crazy what happened and they were the ones that instigated the whole mess too. I’m not surprised they caused it either because all three of them were off the hook. They were facing life in prison but one got 15 years because she was the main instigator and the other got 3 year in jail and got charged with involuntary manslaughter because she had a smaller role in it.

I work at sam club as cart attendant burger king by sam club just close down permanently so yay 😊😂🎉. My dad got food poisoning from ihop we never go back to ihop anymore

I'm like you I use to love IHOP back in the day, but in recent years the I agree the menu is only subpar, and the pancakes are barely even worth going for with how much they charge, and how slow the wait staff are at the 2 locations in my area here in western SC. I'd honestly rather goto Waffle house any day of the week.
Do a video of Rockside and Northfield Rd. (rt8) everything is closed from Walmart and all supporting stores, across the street the entire brand new shopping center out of business, and then the 3rd corner the new GetGo where Ambassidor Lanes was...Gone...further north up rt 8 about 1/2 mile the entire SouthGate shopping center...gone Oh wait...wig shop and dollar ramma... This is what happens when people vote Blue...... Believe it or not, IHOP is the ONLY thing open over there. So if you make the trip it's not wasted, you can get you a sub par pancake... Bring body armor.

If you come to Ohio or PA, there are several that closed. I guess it just depends on the region.
