    Joey, really appreciate the content you put out.
    Could you make a video discussing how to get good as a lifter with long-limbs, short torso? Programming considerations, exercise selection, filling out a weightclass and so on.
    Be great to hear your takes on this, especially because it's not a very common body-type at the highest levels of powerlifting

    What would you say about master's lifters? I am 44 and on the verge of a 700 pound squat and heavy, heavy top set absolutely crush me.

    All Canadian Lifters know the ‘CPU Pause’ is brutal… your 2Ct. Pause Bench days are not enough in Canada haha

    real af 3 weeks of my 7 weeks blocks I feel 7+/10 fatigued, never made so much progress in my life the last year. As long as you perform well fatigue is a social construct. #madeitthisfar
