My cordless is hitting with the same blade it came with I just sharpen them and zero gap them and the hitting as hard as my corded t outliner ... I used a gtx blade before on the cordless and set it exactly how it want it... you got to have patience and play with it a bit until it set right and it hits hard as any corded t outliner
Your right the blade does move I hate that you can have them set perfect but it will move on you
I'm having a problem with the motor sputtering. Haven't had them a year yet.
I ordered a new blade specifically for the cord less T outliner and a new bracket that holds the blade came with it. They are waaaaay more quieter and I no longer have the issues you are experiencing
Which blade did you order that came with bracket???

Did you crack the screw hole when you changed blade.
I did that on my slimlines when I tightened the screw to much.
have you tried putting the andis blade screws instead of the skinny original ones
That's your first pair send them back, and get another pair. And also the slim line pro li with modified blade doesn't do that . But I've had my second pair for only a few days, I'll keep in touch if they do get loud again. My blade didn't move much though. Chicago the Barber. VA.
Why does my t outliner hurt so much ?
It kinda cuts ?
A whats up going to make a viedo on NBA any time soon?
I have the same problem. If you look inside the motor burn the plastic piece of the blade. I put a new one and after weeks have the same problem. Its garbaje.
Broo fix the 3 screw & readjust where your placing t outliner blade cause i had the same issue when i 1st modified it but now it running like a WORKHORSE
I have the exact same problem
I'm having same issue... The little spindle that fits inside the black brackets housing/hole gets eaten up cause it's metal vs plastic...
All I can think that can help this from happening so quickly is making sure there is a global of grease in that hole where the spindle fits in.. if not it's gets dry and unlubricated. Therefore rubbing with crazy friction... And it just eats away at the inside.. so now..it's louder cause the Gap is huge and the spindle is working overtime and not even moving the blade sufficiently enough... Also whenever you remove the blade with bracket.. make sure the two metal arm brackets are aligned in their crevice/plastic trenches.. if not it will be working overtime as well.
Mine did that and I charged it and it stopped, weird
Mine are brand new and the blade does not move at all.
It kind of sucks... I have a pair of the cordless detailers... And they cut way better. Problem is tho their body is just bulky... And it's annoying. But the blade itself is thick and durable as hell.
It just a super liner with a battery
You have to get a new blade drive and assembly bracket
Tighten the screw in the back lol
I had this same problem and the solution is to definitely change the drive/bracket on the inside! TRUST ME.
$9 fix EASY.
