Just started drinking it. I'm a cancer patient and needed something exactly like this. So good! You should get some malted milk powder too! It's awesome with the malt flavor. Also, I mix half vanilla and half chocolate so it's not too chocolatie!

I have chronic pain issues and it got to the point where the FATIGUE became worse than the pain itself. I spent a lot of money on a lot of products. And I give everything a chance and use for at least two months. A lot of desperate people out here will be sorely disappointed if THIS ONE IS ANOTHER DUD!
Just received my first bag, and I made a shake today. Definitely worth every penny. Taste great, good sustained energy and well being. Also curbed my appetite and I felt satisfied for hours. I didn't add any fruit, just 2 scoops and 14ozs of cold water and ice. Can't wait to see how i feel in the next 10 days.
So great to hear! I probably have not spent enough time talking about how it helps you feel satisfied. It really really does a good job at this and as a result can help you really reduce the number of bad calories you may have normally been tempted to have. Have a good one!
I started Kachava in late April and have lost over 20 lbs! I went on vacation to Florida for a week and had Kachava every morning (as I do at home) and wound up losing weight while on vacation! I was shocked. When I came home, others made comments on how trim I looked. I felt it too. Yes I work with weights but can't say I do it religiously. I keep active but I'm not an athlete anymore. I do indulge on occasion but I try to keep meals healthy. When I do workout, I always have Kachava afterwards, as a recovery drink. It works wonders and is so very good for you. I cannot start my day without my Kachava. I LOVE the chocolate. I crave it.
Love this stuff! Me and my husband have one shake a day...the vanilla is my favorite and my 7 yr old son loves the chocolate.....it's amazing how much better I feel when I drink these shakes... honestly my day feels off if I don't at least have one for either breakfast or lunch 😋..... Y'all throw some frozen peaches bananas and strawberries in with the vanilla! It is absolutely delicious...you'll thank me later ❤️
I love how immediately all three of your kids came to get Ka'Chava. My mom first introduced Ka'Chava to me and now I drink it everyday. Thanks for the video!
Haha, they love the stuff so much! If I want any, I have to make a huge batch because I know they are going to take so much of it. So glad you are liking it! Smart Mom! 😀
It’s amazing what “eating right”, ie intaking the right amounts of things, makes you feel better. The world would be a better place if everyone woke up with some form of shake like this. Everyone would be in a better mood.
Just started kachava last week, am extremely impressed. I got it for the supplements, AND am losing weight, what a bonus. I put a banana in with it, it's great!
I'm on bag 2 -- I will def support the view that it does taste great. I tried AG, but just couldn't handle the taste and had to purchase protein powder in addition. Prior to Ka'Chava, I was purchasing many of the supplements individually (beet root powder, spirulina, etc.) in addition to protein powder. Bottom line, Ka'Chava is pricey, but not any moreso than buying a number of smoothie supplements individually. I add unsweetened vanilla almond milk, ice, collagen and MCT oil - it really does keep me full all morning long and it's a much quicker breakfast than cooking :).
As someone following a WFPBD, ka'chava feels a lot better than Soylent or Huel. If I am consuming a meal replacement on a daily basis I don't mind spending a little more if the ingredients are better. Great video!
I have not used Soylent but I think you are right when comparing those two. Huel is good and has some great uses but I don't think it has near the nutritional range of Ka'Chava. Comes down to your goals and what you want to achieve but Ka'Chava could be a great option for WFPBD. Thank you and have a great one!
Never had extra weight until covid. Thanks for this review bc it really lines up on my thoughts about the product. Drinking something good while being able to control the calories is what I’m looking for. Thank you much!
This is the best meal replacement I have ever tried. I have tried other meal replacements, and I crash every time, but with Ka’chava, I don’t, it’s very filling, and I am losing weight after being on it. I am on an antidepressant that made me gain so much weight, all I want to do is eat all the time, and I would always eat sugary, fattening stuff. But with Ka’chava, I don’t crave the junk food at all.
Dude your content on Ka’Chava was spot on. I ‘m working on my 9th bag and it’s great. I do two meals a day morning Ka’Chava no lunch and a high protein low carb dinner. In being the the two I have a protein shake after workout. And it’s all good. Oh yeah a few minutes ago I placed a new order for Ka’Ckava’’s coconut favor.
Awesome. Working through my first two bags (chocolate/vanilla), so grateful to get a long term assessment from someone before deciding if it's worth continuing. Got here from your exercise bike reviews.
Thank you so much and maybe someday! CZcams has a habit of blowing videos a while after posting so I will keep my fingers crossed! Thanks again and have a great one!
Thank you for the great review! It’s awesome that such a great, legit product exists. I ordered two bags of Ka’Chava and so far I am so satisfied. I’ve never had a meal replacement shake that ACTUALLY makes me feel full. Ka’Chava makes me feel full and I don’t feel the need to eat after it! It also tastes delicious and I look forward in making it. You can make so many fun combinations with it. For example, for breakfast today I had chocolate Ka’Chava with ice, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, cold brew, cocoa powder, and almond butter. Yum!
My pleasure and I like all your points! I need to get back to experimenting with Ka’Chava. You are right that you can do so much with it! Glad you love it!
I convinced my husband to order this for himself and ended up getting hooked on it lol. The past couple of weeks I have been replacing my morning iced coffee (a horrible, horrible habit imo) with the Tribal Superfoods Chocolate. My husband makes mine with a ton of ice and I toss in a couple of teaspoons- any more than this and it is obscenely sweet- of coconut coffee creamer and it is absolutely delicious. The trick for me is to not let it sit and nurse it like I did my iced coffee... taking it in and out of the fridge over the course of an hour. When I did this it was NOT filling at all. Since I started treating it like breakfast and finishing it in a reasonable time, I stay full through the late afternoon and have to remind myself to eat a little something for lunch. Ka'Chava will definitely be a staple in this house. Chocolate for me and vanilla for the husband!
Haha! That is about what happened to us. Tried one bag as I like trying healthy stuff. Now the kids demand it all the time, my Dad uses it, cousins and friends request it every time they come over. Glad to hear you figured out the best way to make it work for you! Some good stuff!
I’m here because I’m close to buying 4 bags of this so I can have it 3x a day and then supplementing with ‘real food’ to make up for the lack of calories need to mantain my metabolism 💪
I love Ka’Chava but even I wonder if that might be too much. I would be more inclined to say have it twice a day but boost the calories in a healthy way. Add a banana, high quality olive oil, and maybe a hard boiled egg on the side. Regardless, I hope you enjoy it and find the best structure for you.
This kind of statement is indicative of a culture that wants a simple solution to a complicated problem such as diet. There is no one size fits all. Eating a meal replacement shake to fill in the gap‘s is the best way to go. But nothing will replace a well-balanced diet catered to your goals and activity levels. If all you want to do is walk around with the occasional burst of energy that maybe you can get away with drinking your meals three times a day. But if you really want to push your body and challenge yourself, then you need to adjust your diet.
We’ve been using kachava for 2 years as well. We love it in our house! I think of it as a multivitamin. I don’t eat half the stuff listed on there and I know we are all getting a wider variety of fruits and vegetables with this product. My tips: It must be cold! Let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour to thicken if not using any extras like fruit. Sneak it into baked goods like pancakes or muffins for an extra nutritional boost. I like to stir it into Greek yogurt with fruit and granola (sometimes I’ll add a little more liquid).
Exactly how I think of it! So glad you are loving it and great tips! I agree, the colder the better. I almost always blend with ice and really like it that way. Good point on the baking side of things. I have not tried it myself but I know I people love it!
Just ordered my first 4 bags, and subbed to a monthly subscription of the stuff. I was sold based on all the reviews and that doesn't happen...ever! Can't wait to receive my order.
You’re the first and only person I’ve watched reviews on this. Going to go ahead and buy one of each bag. Worst that will happen is I won’t like it. It’s just money in the end!
Hope you like it Jonathan. Most people report back that they really enjoy it. My dad (manual labor, farmer, tough guy) even loves the stuff as he has wanted to focus on his health more.
Just received my first bag. I’m an Alternate Faster and will drink on my fasting days. It does taste good. I went for Matcha. Wish me luck. You kids are beautiful!
Looking to lose weight and been searching whole heartedly for something that I'll want to use consistently and I find tasteful. This review was great and is really having me lean towards Ka'Chava. I'm going to order my first bag today. :)
Thank you! Hope it helps you out! Remember to start hydrating as soon as you wake up and use Ka'Chava to improve on the weakest part of your diet (replacing a bad meal or using instead of snacks you would normally have). Good luck!
I finally just ordered my first bag. A co-worker has been ordering it for a time and gave me some she had blended with fruit. It was very good. Looking forward to trying it myself. Cute kids you have there.
Found this video AFTER I tried kachava and only on my 1st bag but I will say everything you said is spot on. Tastes great and that’s coming from someone who is probably the pickiest eater in the world lol. Main reason I got it was to make sure I was getting the right nutrition in my body. So long story short picky eaters this is for you. Excited to see if it will help lose a little weight as well
Great to hear! I always want my videos to be as accurate as possible so very glad you agree with my thoughts on the product! Hope you are able to reach those health goals! Have a good one!
@@laceyr766 I get the vanilla flavor and when I make it I throw half a banana and some blueberries in it and it’s super good. And yes I still use it every morning! Believe it or not I’ve lost 60 pounds since I started taking it. Went from 240 down to 180. It’s gotten to the point now where my body will feel sluggish or out of energy if I don’t get to make me one in the morning
I just got my first order, I got chocolate and it's amazing! I used unsweet almond milk, natural peanut butter and Chobani Zero Sugar Vanilla yogurt. Omg 🤤
I made your recipe, but the banana was frozen. Also, added some frozen black cherries, ginger, and salad greens. And I added vanilla siggis yogurt. It was so good!!!!
Oh wow, that sounds amazing. I LOVE black cherries. I am in Michigan so I have to wait until September but I am thinking fresh cherries are being used! Glad to hear it was so good and love how you boosted the health of it even more!
I'm not sure if Michigan has Wegmans, but I can usually get a bag of frozen black cherries and all kinds of frozen fruit year-round. It's fun experimenting with new flavors too.
@Paula E. Connor Will check it out and agree, it is fun to see what you can come up with. If you have a good blender, it is easy to blend in spinach and get all those benefits without really changing the flavor much.
Hey thanks for the great review. I just started with Ka'chava this week as a meal replacement for my lunch. It tastes great. I use a large handful of ice, 12oz of water, powdered peanut butter and blend.
I started this a couple months ago, and I remember feeling so good when I actually stuck to it! Their bars are really good too. I ended up losing a little weight and my skin started to clear. Unfortunately I lost my car because I could not afford to replace the engine as it would have cost more than the car was worth to fix it. So because of that setback, I've had to save every penny I can to save up for another car. I'm finally close to getting one, and as soon as I get back on track with that, I definitely plan on ordering these again. I need to make dietary changes in my life to feel good and lose weight. The only downside for me personally with this product, is that for the cost, the bag is not even all the way full. It looks like it's just half a bag to me. But nonetheless, the Chai is my favorite. I've tried the Acai one and it was good too, but because of the coconut I had to stop because coconut apparently breaks out my face 😫 I would definitely recommend anyone looking to feel healthier and be healthier to order this product!
Great feedback and glad it has helped you out! Hope things work out for your financially and you can get back to focusing on you! You mentioned it being the coconut but I wonder if it was a different ingredient because I believe coconut is in all of them. Thanks again!
The difference between little boys and little girls always facinates me! Boys at a young tender age are so full of energy and boldness. While little girls are reserved and just shy. I miss the days my son & daughter where this little...😢❤
My go to recipe is one scoop of the Chocolate and one scoop of the Vanilla, pinch of sea salt, drizzle of olive oil shaken with oat milk and ice. I love the way it taste and I love the way it makes me feel. Great review by the way !!! Love the kids input !!! :)
That sounds really good. Close so some recipes I have tried but never tried with oat milk. Might have to run to the store.... 😆 Thank you so much Cici! The kids love being in the videos and even more when someone says something nice about them! I will let them know!
Subbed! On my 4th bag, a total newbie, and feeling already like a new person! Whoa, this stuff delivers! And my mom ordered some too and loves it! Adorable children ~~ ps - I like to add a dollop of tahini and sometimes instead of water I will add iced tea or chai. The cravings are gone - no more late night ice cream.
Great to hear it is working out so well for you!!! Tahini... never thought about trying that but will have to give it a shot! Thanks about the kids. They love getting into videos whenever they can and considering how much they love Ka'Chava, I knew it would be easy! Have a good one!
Yes! So happy to hear. Glad you crave it. I love when I know I would have made a bad decision before but Ka’Chava completely takes care of it and I enjoy it!
For breakfast I have two servings of Fiber One cereal to get all of my daily recommended fiber taken care of. For lunch I combine one scoop of chocolate and one scoop of vanilla Ka'Chava, and blend it with 12oz of 30-calorie almond milk. At around 4pm I put steamed vegetables and two cups of vegetable broth in a blender and chug it. Although I prepare elaborate dinners, I stick to a 4-meal rotation, with either chicken, fish or jumbo shrimp as my protein and pair it with sauteed onions and either garlic flavored RightRice, low-fat refried beans, mashed chickpeas, or black-eyed peas.
I've been a KaChava subscriber since July 2021. Almost 2.5 years. I start everyday with a shake. 2 scoops 16 oz Cashews Milk 1 banana 3-4 Ice Cubes Cinnamon Taste is absolutely fantastic
I mix mine with coconut water, Frozen banana, plain Greek yogurt, pineapple and 1 tablespoon of flaxseed. I drink this for breakfast and I’m good really good until later that day.

Great vid, happy to see the follow up after 2 years.Have you tried their new Açaí flavor? Daily breakfast is the chocolate variety but wanted to diversify.
Thank you so much for the information. I am a vegan and I have been for over 20 years up until recently. I decided to go totally plant base which was last year so this year I got my blood work done from my yearly physical and I was lacking a few nutrients that I needed one in particular was protein so my doctor told me that he needed me to take a protein supplement in addition to what I’m doing now so I ordered the cava. It just arrived on Friday morning. I’m going to start it Saturday morning And just take it from there and see what my journey is and how it affects me and my health and my protein or lack there of and I’ll keep you posted but thank you so much for the information because I was very nervous because it is expensive, so I mean, I want to stay committed to it because I am committed to my healthOK I will keep you posted. Thanks.
So glad the video helped out and hope this ends up being the solution you needed! I did make a video on saving money with Ka'Chava and if you plan to use it on the regular, may be helpful. Here is it if you want to check it out. czcams.com/video/CW6hqDExX0k/video.html Hope you love it!
Im on my second bag of Ka Chava and it really helps with the sugar cravings! I have it for lunch and not hungry till around 5-6pm. The only thing I don’t like is that it makes me go to the bathroom a lot at night. Other than that, I’m a fan of the product. Vanilla is my fav.
I have been drinking this every other day for 4 years now and love it! I take it when i travel and on the go. I have tried alot of different brands and can’t recommend it enough. I rotate between vanilla abd chocolate. My favorite is to add some frozen bananas and frozen blueberries to make a delicious lunch.
Nice review. I've been on Ka'chava for a couple years myself. Drinking it chilled is definitely better than making it with room-temperature water. For me I have a 5 gallon water subscription that is auto-chilled (and heated for tea) that makes drinking this so much better. If you're reading this and find ka'chava maybe isn't for you, try chilling the water before mixing or use ice as Travis does. Also, I find a blender helps a lot.
Great points. If I let it sit and it gets to room temp I am not a big fan. Chilled tastes great though. Glad to hear Ka'Chava has worked out well for you!
Thank you so much Aaron! it is crazy how much they love "shake" but feels good giving them something healthy all the time. Hope you love it! The colder the better!
So I’ve gone from 256 to 193.4 in 5 and 1/2 months I’ve noticed a lot of hair loss and could be because of the lack of protein in my diet I’ve definitely noticed I don’t have a lot of energy would this be a good supplement for both ?
First, congratulations! Second, possibly! I don't know exactly what you are doing but if you are short on protein, this will help introduce that back while also having lots of nutrition, fiber, and other quality macros without introducing too many calories.
@@Learnwithtravis my bad I meant with hair but I saw on there site that’s one of the many things it helps with I usually eat once in the mornings and once at night to stay under 1400 calories and I have a smoothie in the morning how do you make yours and how many calories does it have ?
Im going to try this out. Used to use Shakeology and when I was on it I remembered how great my workouts were and my blood work was always amazing. But I got tired of it so I am now trying this since it seems very similar when looking at the ingredients. All I want out of this is better health, energy and keeping the weight off. Plus if my kids like it thats a major plus. I see people bash these kind of shakes because of the price but I see it as a tool to prevent expensive medical issues.
Thank for all of the information that you shared. I'm a newbie, and I will try out your additions to my drink too. The Olive oil, the Himalayan salt, and that banana too. Thank you Queen Akiba
Thank you for your reivew! My husband is in the military and hes always wanting to take something those busy mornings at work and hes been looking at this product. I'm definitely interested as well.
My pleasure and thank you for everything you both do! It is a staple in our house. Kids still request it constantly. If you get it, I hope he loves it!
I just subscribed and I give it a thumbs up👍and I also bought this tonight too I can't wait to give it a try when it arrives to my house!!I decided to buy this one for myself because I think for me is affordable than shakeology so I hope this would taste great and my cravings go away 😀
Thank you so much and hope you love it. I have had Shakeology as well and while I liked it, I liked just about everything to do with Ka’Chava better. Hope you do too!
Thank you so much for sharing. I just started with Kachava. and I'm already hooked. I mix mine with frozen organic fruit & Vegetable and it is awesome. I Love Chocolate so that's my Favorite. This is going to be a life changing routine for me.
They loose weight because it's a low calorie meal replacement. If you pack a bunch of nutrients into the same meal, in this case meal replacement, you have to consider whether or not you're actually benefiting from all the minerals and vitamins in the meal replacement because of nutrient competition. Some nutrients compete with each other and may block absorption. There is literature on this.
@@GoodmanMIke59 You are right. I can easily admit that I am not perfect. But my comment is much more important than my slip-of-the-moment grammar error. Why did you not comment on my comment? Research the validity of what I stated.

well based on the calories, etc it seems to be a decent meal replacement. Mix it up for better taste with a banana, etc you have the 2 scoop drink under 400 calories which is a nice number for males as a quick meal replacement instead of eating something else. You could have a small snack also if you aren't actually on a diet and just using it instead of grabbing a hamburger, etc. When i diet to lose a little weight i get 4 meals during the day at about 400 calories each. Maybe use kachava 2 times a day, and a small meal 2x a day, grab a drink in the morning and afternnoon and eat something substantial for lunch and dinner.
I finally opened my first bag of Kachava (it's been awhile since I ordered it), and made my first drink. I bought the coconut flavor and I like it. I made it using plain almond milk, but I plan to try it using water next time. I added fresh blue berries, a piece of banana, and a few spinach leaves. I think I would also like the chocolate , so I am going to try that after I finish this bag. Cannot give much of a review after one drink, but at least it didn't taste bad and I want to continue drinking it.
They are both in the same realm. Huel feels a little more like a meal and does a good job filling you up. Ka’Chava is more nutritionally dense and tastier in my opinion but I am a chocolate person. Maybe I should create a compare video… I am not a huge fan of the texture of huel but that is me being picky. My wife very much prefers Huel so they are both very good options.
I saw the Huel too! Would love a comparison video. We have both in our house. My almost grown sons who are into sports, weight training and super health conscious are all about the Huel. Honestly I’m grateful to have it just to keep up with their food consumption needs. But the Kachava is mine. I love the breakdown of ingredients on the label being grouped by what purpose they serve. I also think the adaptogens are a big plus for me in counteracting stress hormones (demanding job) and sleeping better. The serving size in grams is not the same between the two scoops for each though and I think they’d be getting more protein and a little more calories with the Kachava with those measurements equal…just not sure if doubling up on all those other supplements and vitamins in Kachava is a good idea
I'm trying 4 bags just to see where it takes me along with intermittent fasting. I'm 50 pounds overweight and my BMI is 33.7 at age 59. My doctor said anything but what I'm doing would be better. All I can do is walk at this point until I get my strength back up and weight off my joints.
Good for you for starting make changes. I really like to skip breakfast (intermittent fast). Have a healthy lunch, have KaChava around 2 to 4, and then have dinner later. The Ka'Chava really helps me feel full during a time I might normally make bad choices but also helps me from having too large of a portion at dinner. Good luck!!
Have you ever tried freezing your bananas? It makes it soooo much creamier. And I've used frozen banana and some peanut butter before too with it and ommgggggggg! Is all I can say hahaha. I've only had the chocolate.
I am following kachava for almost 4 years now. Hopefully you guys ship to NZ soon, so far the shipment seems to be a issue and including the price it becomes unaffordable.
Kachava is amazing. I love it. It has done more for me then I could have imagined. I feel amazing. I drink one fat smoothie every day. And yes I have completely changed my other food intakes. All one 100 percent healthier. Thanks to kachava.
Love the fact that you pointed out everything else matters as well. Ka'Chava is a great way to improve your overall wellness, but you can't eat horribly around that and expect to be healthy.
Haha! Hope you love it. I don’t think this is our year, but as long as I see improvement from the new staff, I will be happy. I think they have the right idea.
This has really given me a lot of information on Kachava, & whether or not it's worth the money or not. My issue is I'm out of work, and can't really afford $50 a bag right now. Are there any types of discounts anywhere, that you know of? I would also love to get this for my daughter - she suffers from Panic/Anxiety Disorder & Manic Depression, so her eating habits are really poor, since her condition makes it difficult for her to eat sometimes. She's so depleted on nutrients, as well as sleep, & of course, her mood is really down most of the time, no matter what she tries to do. The drugs don't really help her much either. If there's any way that you could recommend any kind of discounts for Kachava, especially for situations like ours, please let me know!! Thanks for doing this very informative video!!
Thank you so much Debra and wish you both all the best and hope things get better! I honestly don't have any tips on discount codes or ways to get it cheaper. The only thing I am aware of is if you subscribe to their auto ship program it reduces the cost. Have a good one!
Hi Debra, I’m not sure how old your daughter is but checkout S’moo powder/vitamins to help regulate her hormones when/if she’s of age-it has helped me tremendously with severe anxiety. I’d also recommend some type of trauma therapy to help her learn to self-regulate and get grounded during times of distress. Hope this helps!
@@Cris-zu7rq Thanks so much!! Yeah, my daughter is 31 & has been dealing with depression and panic/anxiety disorder since she was about 5. Before that, she suffered from night terrors, so she’s had to deal with this stuff for her whole life. I’m starting to get into resales now and am hoping that I’ll be able to get some of this Kachava, or perhaps some of the stuff that you spoke about, & try and get her well again. Thanks so much for your input, Cris, it’s mucho appreciated! ❤️
Been drinking this for about 2months. I love it! I don’t take it to loose weight. I’m just taking it as a vitamin supplement. I have noticed as well I Dona e the same sweet tooth as I did. It seems to curb those cravings.
Great to hear it is working out well. Good point that this is not a weight loss shake. It can be used that way but is much more than that. I notice my sweet craving is much better as well. Mostly a combination of all that nutrition\macros\fiber.
Thank you Jrad! For most situations I would recommend once per day. As far as when, it depends on your eating structure. If you are eating multiple meals a day and one is generally unhealthy and high in calories, replacing it with Ka'Chava could be a huge advantage towards reaching your health goals. Personally, since I follow intermittent fasting and don't eat as many meals to replace, I have it as a snack before dinner (around 4:00). I find this helps me get to dinner without cheating and also helps me to eat a much smaller dinner where I would often be tempted to over eat.
Ive been using for one year, i lost 20lbs and use it as a breakfast food, taste great, feel full till dinner, i make it in my vitamix,,i add a banana and blueberries i like it,,but i still take other vitamins
I intend to try out this product sometime soon. I'm and extremely active person. I stopped sodas/caffeine, never smoke or drink, and I stopped meats. I eat loads of eggs, though. Everything looks to check out nicely and thankfully from what I've seen it doesn't contain caffeine(epic hospital trip). Great review!
i have seen the commercials on KaChava for quite some time, and this was informative. I want to keep my weight managed, healthy and active. It seems to be helpful to people who stick to it and maintain optimal nutrition and health.
I just got my two bags, I will try some of your recipe cuz it looks very delicious. Thank you my friend greatly appreciate it. Now let's see how this tastes thank you
I hear ya, but try this. Ka'Chava could replace 15 meals. Add up the cost of those 15 meals and see where you end up at. It might not sound so expensive after that. (How I was able to justify all those bags I bought... and enjoying giving the kids something so healthy).
Thank you so much Larry! One of my top goals is to create videos that make it feel like you have tested the product allowing you to make the best decision for you (through honest feedback), whatever that is. I tell you this, so you know I mean it when I say I appreciate your comment!

I just bought my first bag yesterday so it should be here soon since I paid a little extra to get it expedited. I have lost 40 lb since August 30th of this year on Weight Watchers. I also started Thrive/le-vel about a month ago The three-part morning routine where you take two pills 20 minutes later you make a shake and then you slap on a vitamin patch and I will say it has been a great part of my morning routine I look forward to it every day however it cost a lot of money. And I don't really feel as much energy as I felt like I should have? I don't know.... But I wanted to get something that had better reviews and it was more nutrition for my money and this Kachava shake/meal replacement keeps popping up so I thought to myself I've got to try this I haven't seen any real negative reviews. I only bought one bag cuz I can't really afford 2 right now And I'm really looking forward to it. I'm just starting your video now so I'm going to write a reply to this comment about my thoughts on your video 😊
This is a great video! Very informative and made me look forward to getting my Kachava even more! I'm definitely subscribing to you as of Right now and I look forward to looking at some of your other videos..
Thank you so much Sara and congrats on your progress so far! I hope you reach your health goals in no time! I often recommend replacing a meal with Ka’Chava to help justify the cost and maybe even save a little money. Also, remember the colder the better when it comes to Ka’Chava. @@Learnwithtravis ...have you tried the Coconut flavor...???
I crave it.
Great feedback to help others and so glad it is working out so well for you! Congrats on the weight loss!

It’s amazing what “eating right”, ie intaking the right amounts of things, makes you feel better. The world would be a better place if everyone woke up with some form of shake like this. Everyone would be in a better mood.
I would be okay with better moods and positivity!
How do you know this stuff is eating Right?
Just started kachava last week, am extremely impressed. I got it for the supplements, AND am losing weight, what a bonus. I put a banana in with it, it's great!
Love hearing that! It really is a great product!
Awesome! Good call on the collagen! Glad it is working out well for you!
nonsense- you can make a similar drink for a fraction of the price.
Thank you. That's a great comment. 👍
Soylent is NOT a good name. I thought you meant something like Soylent Green 😂
Never had extra weight until covid. Thanks for this review bc it really lines up on my thoughts about the product. Drinking something good while being able to control the calories is what I’m looking for. Thank you much!
Glad it was helpful and best of luck getting back to where you want to be!
Great feedback and so glad to hear it is working so well for you! Agree with everything you said!

@@Learnwithtravis Does it have lemon or lime in it?
I am on the road traveling so I can’t look very well, but here is the product page - www.kachava.com/pages/ingredients
I'm not trying to lose weight because I'm already skinny so mostly for the health benefits.
Should work great for that!
My tips:
It must be cold!

Hey thanks for the great review. I just started with Ka'chava this week as a meal replacement for my lunch. It tastes great. I use a large handful of ice, 12oz of water, powdered peanut butter and blend.
No problem and thank you! So glad to hear it is working out great! Just wrapped up having one myself!

Sounds like a healthy setup! I like it and hope you feel great because of it!

This sounds like the perfect solution for medical residents. Definitely gonna try this in my residency!
Nice! I could see this being perfect for residency! The colder the better so if you have a way to chill it I think you will like it a lot better.

Thank for all of the information that you shared. I'm a newbie, and I will try out your additions to my drink too. The Olive oil, the Himalayan salt, and that banana too. Thank you

My pleasure! Hope it works out well and you really enjoy it!
My pleasure and love to hear it is working out so well for you! It can be fun to mix different things in and see what you like!

Kachava gives me more energy...does not curb my hunger as advertised, but it does taste good
Great feedback! Thanks AZ
You should have gotten a discount code from Ka'chava for us.
Tried and wish I could. Maybe as the channel grows I will be able to press them a bit on it. 😀
Dude stfu and pay what it costs, who are you to ask for a discount?
The composition in this product is the best there is, really is a great bet and has a good cost/benefit.
Great comment and glad to hear you are enjoy it!
well based on the calories, etc it seems to be a decent meal replacement.
Very good points and you are right, you could easily use it like this and make it work!
So you can lose weight off this
Absolutely, as long as you use it right.
Glad it went well for the first try and I like the additional ingredients. Most people do really like chocolate so might be worth trying!
I see those bags of Huel
Haha! Was wondering if they would get noticed!
@@Learnwithtravis Sneaky! How would you compare the 2? Do you think one tastes better, is healthier, etc?
Good luck!!
Appreciate the feedback. I'm okay with skipping breakfast. Looking forward to seeing what KaChava can do for my lack of energy.@@Learnwithtravis
Have you ever tried freezing your bananas? It makes it soooo much creamier. And I've used frozen banana and some peanut butter before too with it and ommgggggggg! Is all I can say hahaha. I've only had the chocolate.
I have and I agree! So so good! All those bags and I have only tried chocolate as well! (I know what I like 😀)
You sold me on a Peloton (prior to C19). Here we go with Ka'chava!
Haha! Hope you love it!
I am following kachava for almost 4 years now. Hopefully you guys ship to NZ soon, so far the shipment seems to be a issue and including the price it becomes unaffordable.
I don't work for Ka'Chava but I hope they are able to make this available for you!
@@Learnwithtravis 😂 great reply
"Following" for four years?
Following won't improve your health. You gotta drink it boy!
As a Lion fan, I will buy this because I saw you were a Lion fan as well.
Let's go Detroit
Haha! Hope you love it. I don’t think this is our year, but as long as I see improvement from the new staff, I will be happy. I think they have the right idea.
Lions suck
Try being a fan…
I'm on my first bag ,,I'm doing one scoop on 6 oz of almond milk or coffee with a high protein breakfast,,it helps with my intermittent fasting
Nice! Glad it is working out!
Great video! Do you recommend mornings, afternoon , once a day?
Thank you Jrad! For most situations I would recommend once per day. As far as when, it depends on your eating structure. If you are eating multiple meals a day and one is generally unhealthy and high in calories, replacing it with Ka'Chava could be a huge advantage towards reaching your health goals. Personally, since I follow intermittent fasting and don't eat as many meals to replace, I have it as a snack before dinner (around 4:00). I find this helps me get to dinner without cheating and also helps me to eat a much smaller dinner where I would often be tempted to over eat.
@@Learnwithtravis thank you! I also follow intermittent fasting I will play around with it... thanks 😊
Best product review I've seen on any product. Well done. You convinced me.
Wow! Thank you! Hope you love it! We still drink it all the time and love it!
Thanks for the review
My pleasure!
As a father of 4…..,this video made my day!!!!
Haha! Thank you! It was fun capturing that moment. They crack me up with this stuff.
How many ounces of water does the directions say to add?
I am not sure it says. It says two scoops and then really you play with it adding the amount of water you want to get the taste\thickness you desire.
Ive been using for one year, i lost 20lbs and use it as a breakfast food, taste great, feel full till dinner, i make it in my vitamix,,i add a banana and blueberries i like it,,but i still take other vitamins
Those are great results! Great to hear it has worked out so well!
Thank you and sounds like you are making a lot of good decisions! If you decide to get it, I hope it works out great for you!
i have seen the commercials on KaChava for quite some time, and this was informative. I want to keep my weight managed, healthy and active. It seems to be helpful to people who stick to it and maintain optimal nutrition and health.
It defiantly has a nutty flavor. To me it's gross by its self. I can't palate it without a bananas in it, hides the nut flavor. Ice is a must.
Glad you were able to find to make it work for you. I agree that the colder it is, the better.
Nutty flavor might be flaxseed. I love the taste.
I just got my two bags, I will try some of your recipe cuz it looks very delicious. Thank you my friend greatly appreciate it. Now let's see how this tastes thank you
Awesome! I hope you love it. Just wrapped up a cup seconds ago. Still love it!
I love kachava !
Haha! So I am not the only one who is crazy about this stuff!
@@Learnwithtravis not at all, I’m so grateful they created this, I put a banana and spoonful of peanut butter with some oats and it’s my dessert !
That sounds good!
Would really love to get started on this type of diet but man the price and this recession doesn't seem to be slowing down anytime soon
I hear ya, but try this. Ka'Chava could replace 15 meals. Add up the cost of those 15 meals and see where you end up at. It might not sound so expensive after that. (How I was able to justify all those bags I bought... and enjoying giving the kids something so healthy).
You have beautiful children !
Thank you!
I just subscribed. Today was the first time I seen your channel. I like what you do so far only because you seem genuine

That does sound good!
Blending in a banana can be very tasty. Hope you love it and thanks for the sub!
