Janet was suppose to have perform Go Deep but she wanted to perform What About but and the people backstage said nobody will be into a song about Domestic Violence but Janet proved all of them she put on a show and got high ovation from performing What About and said to been best performance of the night nice reaction 👍

I absolutely love your reactions to Janet. She is my favorite artist of ALL time and I really appreciate your perspective on her collection of music and videos. This woman created a path for Beyonce, Ciara, Jennifer Lopez, Paula Abdul, Aaliyah, Tinashe, Mya, Britney Spears, and any other Dance Female Artist you can think of. Janet Miss Jackson if you Nasty is the Blueprint. What About is a very powerful song and this performance if one of my favorites of all time. I remember seeing this performance in Real Time when it aired back then. I love that you loved it. Keep up doing your thang my brother you are amazing. Also give The Velvet Rope another chance. It probably my Favorite Janet album, but from Control, Rhythm Nation, janet., and All For You it's sometimes hard to choose. She is our ICON/Rock & Roll Hall Of Famer and we must continue to support her. I can't wait until she finally releases Black Diamond. One Love!

Big difference in what this song meant in 20 years from when she performed this in 1998 and when she performed it during her 2017/18 State of the World Tours. In 1998, it was just a song that we weren't sure if it was about her or not until later on. When she performed it for the State of the World Tours, we knew that it was about her and the abuse that she took from being married to Wissam.
