- How to create easily crystals in Blender? You can download the finished Blender file to study it here. File contains some additional compositing nodes to create dof and I also added little more randomness to the shader noise textures. Otherwise the file is quite much the same as you can see me doing in the video: bit.ly/3k372U0

That was crystal clear
cuz, light paths is a lot
Nice one
Nice pun
I saw what you did there 😂
As always, fantastic work Mr Sorbias! 👏
I left out the metallic, added some volume fog + fog glow and streaks in the compositor and it looks amazing. Great tutorial!
Very nice tutorial! Thank you!
Thank you very much for this interesting and useful tutorial!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
awesome tutorial!!!thanks
looks great!
so beautiful!!!!
This video is amazing, it helps me alot! + i learned somethings that i thought was bad bcs of the tutorials thank you sm!!
thank u for tutorial, im enjoying the way you show how to work with materials! waiting for the next tutorials for new effects like stone texture or fire! 😊
Thank you very much for sharing this man!
wow it’s amazing 💟 thank you so much
Amazing work!!!
holy, that's insane!!!
The transmission samples trick is awesome.
It's very useful. You can easily with that do for example lead "crystal" glass, if you need it for some old architecture scene. :)
Thanks ! I learnt a lot with this tutorial, the result is not as clean as you but I'm still happy with what I did
Nice work!
this was awesome!
Thank You soooooooo much for this tutorial :)
Oh oh oh... This is nice!
Great tricks man!
Espetacular.
Finally video from you sir!
i love it!
Your tut is very clear! Thank you
ps. set a small opacity to keyboard
Welcome Back Sir...!!!
So cool
it is crystal clear to me that he's from Finland:) I recognize that accent. hyvää työtä hra. sorbias!
wow. i love you stuffs. new subscriber here.
I love you soooo much, you are great !
Cool 💪🏻
Great tutorial, thanks! I'll try this out later. What do you use to show the full keyboard and the keys being pressed? Is it input-overlay in obs-studio? If so, do you have the model?
tbh, I like the shader tho, thanks for sharing
There he is!
Thanks. ANyone know why when I merge it merges into a pyramid from the bottom vertices, even though those bottom ones aren't selected prior ot th emerge?
uploading soon niceeeeeeeeeeee
When i go to add the vertices up the first cylinder, it's only showing 3 faces of the shape. Not completely wrapping the object, unfortunately 😢
I will put in in my ring.
What node preference am I looking for? Your key recorder was in the way
If you mean the principled shader settings, it will be more visible later in the video.
2.45 ior look good
I'm loving this, just to make sure I'm following you correctly, you are building a copy of the Christal and scaling it inside the other one and joining the copy to the original. It is still one object as displayed in the outliner, yes?
Thanks\
Yes, I joined them later to make one object.
@@MrSorbias I'm getting a nice resuly but the rendering on my laptop is taking a while. 1 k render is taking 2 hr's. I'll post the image tomorrow.
@@richard29sher I'm really interested in seeing it when you finish it. It's not quite often that I see what someone did after my videos.
@@MrSorbias I emailed you.
amigo, el link de descarga no esta disponible!
Hey. Im facing this little problem here ... im using blender 4.0 and there is no transmission roughness . what should i do?
can u link this file?
I'm getting the cel fracture to work but I'm missing a step. Would you please remind me if there needs to be two models with the cel fracture of just one that is inside the other .
You only need the fractured pieces and the not fractured one that will be slightly bigger
@@MrSorbias Thank you, I get going on this today. Why is that outer copy included in the tutorial?
@@richard29sher The outside copy is to make the surface look smooth, tho you can test if it looks nice without it and based on your artistic preference select the better version for your purposes. :)
@@MrSorbias Thank you, this is a wonderful insight to the creative use of nodes. I'm adding a wireframe modifier now. Will share my results when it ready to prime time here.
why isnt the proposional editing working for me, im a beginner so i dont really know why that isnt working really ;v;
Is it possible to covert this into maps?
You can bake the noise tekstures etc. but the internal details cannot be baked as far I know.
This didn't work for me at all. You have buttons that don't appear on my screen and settings that don't show up either.
Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb
I sent you an email with my image attached.
Thank you very much of sharing. The crystals with wireframe modifier indeed gives an interesting and cool vibe to the structure. :-)
This is very far from professional, you forgot to add a cube after deleting the default cube 0/10.
(Great tutorial btw)
were I right?
Tietenkin. 😅 Mitä vanhempia videoita katsoo, niin pystyy melkein graduaalisesti seuraamaan miten mun englannin sönköttäminen on muuttunut tässä vuosien varrella 😂
ANTENA??? WTF IS ANTENA???
