Do you cut the portion of the mesh dome under the frontal once you are finishing sewing it?
Yes im so sorry I left that out. The black mesh needs that is underneath the lace frontal/closure needs to be cut. Im gonna pin this comment bc this is the most common question I see on this video.

I'm 11 going on twelve so for my mom's birthday I made her a wig and it turned out awesome and now my family members are asking me to make wig because I'm very good at hair I started doing hair around 6 years old and now I know how to do braids, press hair, cornrow,

As someone with alopecia, this tutorial has been a lifesaver! I couldn't go to my regular wig hairdresser during this pandemic so I was able to start making my own!!! Plus, they are WAY cheaper to make than to purchase!!! So I've gained a new skill and I'm saving money!!!

This is by far the best step by step tutorial I have seen; and I've seen quite a few! Thank you for producing such an excellent video. It was especially helpful to use the metallic marker to line everything out beforehand. Very professional results
I haven't watched the whole thing yet because right now I'm just trying to sew extra wefts in, but you are the first person I have seen in like 20 videos I've tried to watch so far that actually slowed it down and explained in detail when hand sewing the wefts onto the cap, so THANK YOU!!!! I can't tell you how many people just start sewing in the video without saying what or why, and then they speed it up and their hands are in the way so you can't tell what the specifics are. Best video!

Just do less plucking. And if you don’t have a sewing machine make it by hand wear it for “word of mouth” advertising which is the best advertising. Then get the sewing machine. That way you know how to make it by hand & by machine.
Also
I’d put the wig on & pluck it while looking in the mirror with reading glasses & lots of light.

Thank you i was folding my wefts and my wig looked like a helmet found ur video cut my wefts and spaced it like yours and it came out perfect. Now it did take me way too long to sew it like 6 hours LOL but it was worth it for the custom fit i appreciate you

I used this tutorial to make a yarn wig but since yarn doesn't come in wefts I had to hand sew in every piece of yarn individually. It took me like a week but it turned out amazing
