When it comes to ‘chatpata’, spicy, Indo-Chinese vegetarian street food, the gobi manchurian rules in Bengaluru. And every vendor plying the trade has a secret sauce to rustle up his signature ‘gobi manchuri’. One of the more popular versions here, I was told, is the one dished out by Raja at his streetside nook in JP Nagar, South Bengaluru. A cook in a non-vegetarian eatery before he began his gobi manchurian enterprise out of a pushcart eight years ago, Raja combines a friend's recipe with a potent spice mix to toss up over a hundred plates of gobi manchurian each evening. I catch up with Raja and dig into a plate with a friendly bunch of food bloggers.

BTW he uses RUCHI GOLD PALM OIL! I got allergy..
Dedicated and always smiling guy I must say, nothing more!
And your description was spot on. Take a bow!

Dear Kripal bro! very good afternoon,
nice video,Raja gopi', his name nicely suits (manchurian king),
nice preparation ,more than that,, the way you explain,is very interesting to look at, interaction with the youngsters is also so nice, I like all your video just to see your presentation, move and talk with the people, enjoying the food, as you said, less criticism, good quality,
