- As we were unable to attend the Eurovision pre-party in Madrid earlier this year we made a tribute to the Spanish ESC winner of 1968, ‘La La La’ by Massiel, as a compensation for our absence. Now this Gåte version of the beautiful song is available for you to enjoy as well.

Gåte was one of my favorite bands until I forgot about them quite frustrated, when they went into an hiatus 2004...so 20 years ago.
Just by chance I watched the Eurovision contest this year and couldn't believe my ears and eyes. They are back and even better with new music. Thanks for this awesome surprise 😍

Also, if you're reading this, PLEASE GUNNHILD SING MORE FOLK! I study nordic folkmusic full time and your singing moves mountains! We gotta get a traditional album at some point! I keep telling my colleagues "this is the best folk singer in the north".
