For everyone who want to start a business but don't do it because they're afraid to buy a bunch of supplies and don't sell : start little, look how it does and grow bigger whenever you feel comfortable.
Start with just one thing with differents visuals, it might be earings, stickers, tote bags, whatever you want!
Just start small and grow bigger, or don't! Maybe it won't go anywhere but at least you'll have done it. It's an new experience, congratulation : you're a little wiser now!
Don't pressure yourself on doing big from the start and succeeding in everything you do. It's okay if things don't work out. It's better to have done it.
Hope you'll find what it takes for you to make it happens. I believe in you.

i just opened my crystal shop this year and invested so much money i didn’t have into it and it’s doing well. now there are so many new things i want to get into and invest in.. i first wanted to get a pc which is one of my plans for this year, but also starting a second business creating things (clay, stickers, etc).. i feel like this is like a $2000 investment rn 😵💫

I feel! I managed to convince my parents that I didn't need to study stem because I got a great job out of college which I have now been laid off from for covid budget cuts. Invest in a small business class even on skillshare they have them. You have to get your name out there to be seen so people will purchase. Like this comment would have been a great place to share the link to your store. Also the way your etsy store looks and the photos will determine whether people feel comfortable buying from you. I've been dreaming of opening an Etsy shop to sell my crafty creations for ages. This video is so informative and real about the whole process. You've given me lots to think about. You can advertise your ETSY shop on TikTok & CZcams by filming your hands drawing & including a link to your shop. 😊
Just be any amount of unique and you will find success. I designed a couple of things that I 3d print and have gotten like 60+ sales so far. They are super low demand items (very very targeted niche) but since they are unique and no one is selling them (well 1 other person is selling one of the items) they are seeing success. I know your comment is a year old, but I highly recommend just taking the dive. Also if you're afraid no one will know about it, just do a video like this girl did or post to social media about it. It's worth the risk!
Am I the only one who desperately wants to have their own sticker shop but would have to learn how to draw in the first place? I'm not totally bad at it but digital drawing is a whole new world for me. Does someone have any tipps for me?

Tips that have helped me in digital art are:
Stabilizers on.
Choosing the brush for you.
Adding texture helps for flat coloring or for hiding any unsteady lines.
Using some sort of base is great help.
Get a bunch of references for what you like.
Don't be afraid to try out different techniques in coloring or lineart.
Figure out what layers you need for what.
Experiment with canvas size.
Let me tell you what I tell all my friends who think they can't draw:

Who says you can't? Who says any one else can?? Art is subjective. No one can tell you if it's bad or not. There may be sour notes in music, but not in art.
So just start! Finding your style is fun and exciting! If you're having trouble start tracing! Watch old Disney movies that are 2D and let the lines inspire you! Look at other art on pinterest! Manga! Comics! Web comics! CZcamsrs! Nature! Inspiration is everywhere! Have fun and don't let the fear of "being bad" hold you back from "getting good". Even tho there's no such things :)
look a tutorials if you get bored take a one day break, if you take more than a one day break you will get an art block, it means that you lose motivation and you forget about it that's how i lost my edge in art.
