Send me some, we eat loads of garlic in our cooking. Cooking on fire is wow, but not easy at all, it's not like cooking on gas or induction stove. But, I feel it's more tasty, the heat of the fire is unmatched. Your son is not afraid of big knives, I would have loved a taste of that salad. Oscar is so cute, his eyes are so beautiful. Looks quite peaceful and quiet there. I visited friends in Maine and even though they were in a rual area all the houses are on main routes so you still hear cars going by back and forth.
