This was so satisfying seeing Adrian fight his dad working through some of those issues
Also the sentimonster are just brought to life through the peacock miraculous. There have actually been a few times where some have shown humanity. Like when they did a ladybug sentimonster she felt free to make her own choices. Adrian has found friends, found love, cried over his mother, and has made his own choices. Even if he thinks he’s not real or monster for a second, we have faith that Felix kagami, Marionette and the others will remind why he’s not 😊
I’m not trying to sound rude but I don’t understand what confused you so much about the story. I picked up on it being about Emilie and Amelie right away.

It's probably because Kagami and Felix were multitasking and exchanging roles during that whitewash of a dream (probably)
Tbh these episode made me feel so bad for Adrien and Felix they deserve so much better idc if I get called overdramatic but I teared up a little hearing Felix’s and Adrien’s backstory definitely made me feel very empathetic towards the both of them…:(
Just to make it clear, while i disliked the way it was executed, Adrien and Felix being Sentis don't make them less human
It's just that they were created in a different way, still human but with special needs, if they were made to BE human, they're human
Again there is a difference between a human and a Sentimonster. There are definitions for those two and they don't mean the same thing. Also if it did have the power then there is a problem on top of that. The show messed up and broke their own rules, characters and reality.

A sentimonster hates that he isn't human, so he erases himself from reality, and creates a new version/reincarnation of himself that IS a human.
His new human self goes to ask God:
'In your eyes, are there any differences between humans and sentimonsters?'
God answers:
'Do you think there are any differences between your present self and your previous or future incarnations? If not, then what are the differences between humans and sentimonsters?'
God continues:
'Whoever has tasted the joys and sorrows of life in the human realm is human. Whoever has loved and lost, cried with grief, howled with rage at the tragedy of death that eclipses the miracle of life... they are human, too.'
You don't need to be an actual human being to BE human.
Adrien isn't dehumanized by this, he's still human. He was just created differently than other humans, which doesn't make him less human.

Cartoons aren't realistic in the first place. Movie has the same rules. Lore is something, which Jeremy actually kept unchanged
If someone uses the peacock to make a Shark, then it's just shark that can be destroyed or controlled by the person holding his amok (object)
Same thing with Gabriel and Colt making Amelie and Emilie get pregnant with a "Sentihuman" in there, it will be born as a regular human, but can still be controlled or destroyed@@HungaryHarmony20

The woman in this painting Adele Bloch-Bauer she tried to be pregnant when she was alive but in the end failed to have a kid... like Emily !
I really like that some detail are there in season 1. Like Adrien who is allergic to feather (when we now the signification of feather now) Or the fact that Gabriel call him "perfect" in Simon Says.
Or the fact that when we see the episode who is introducing Felix, we can litterally see that it was leading to this episode with Felix's backstory.
I really like all the hints like that since season 1, 2 and 3 ☺️
Tbh Tomoe deserve to be shut down and more for that she's done. She is just as guilty as Gabriel and she needs to pay for her actions.
I'm sorry if this sounds rude but im just putting my honest opinion out there. The only reason you're having a head ache from watching this episode is because you're simply over thinking it. At the end of the day we need to remind ourselves that this show is just a kids show. As much as you want there to be more realness in this show, you need to remember that it's just a kids show. I hope that you're feeling better and just remember that it's ok to take a day off, go outside and stay active.
And i think this season is more complicated because they’re going deeper into everyone’s characters and relationships.

I don't think everyone understands their romance. Unfortunately.
It is not Felix himself who is strange, but rather their feelings and relationships are very strange for many people. As if they need to be made a couple, only because they are similar and it was necessary according to the plot at the end of the season. Therefore , it is very difficult to empathize with their sudden feelings , without any strong foundation , and this makes their relationship unfortunately in some way strange and unreasonable

I wish they had just outright said that Adrien, and Felix were sentimonsters instead of this cryptic fairytale, and I was looking at a comment you replied to and i'd like to clarify, Thomas has confirmed that sentimonsters aren't a species they are what they are created to be, adrien and felix are sentimonsters but they are made to be human, so you can classify them as human, but they were created by the peacock miraculous just like sentimonsters. basically they are sentis just made to be human.

So this basically stating that Emily met Gabriel who had found the peacock miraculous, and used its feather to spell the ring the same way Nataly spelled the villains to create a sentimonster. She was able to control the sentimonster through the villain. So Gabriel is able to control Adrian through the spelled rings that Emily gave him. Emilys twin married someone who also wanted a child. So Gabriel gave the peacock miraculous to him and he was spell the rings reflecting what he and his wife wanted, a child. Felix and Adrian are products of the peacock miraculous which makes them sentimonsters. They were just created inside their mothers stomachs to make it look natural. And their have been hints because when they did the wish villain episode they put a spell on everyone and they would say what they wished for when they were a kid. Adrian was the only person who thought so far back as a baby. And his dream was to be what ever his parents wanted him to be. Kagmi most likely is a sentimonster because the episode of the ball when Felix made everyone disappear he left Adrian and kagami alone. He saw that kagmi had a ring on her finger and didn’t like it. And then you also remember kagmis mother had multiple rings on her fingers. It’s possible that one of them is spelled by the peacock miraculous. Which would also explain why their are so many similarities between her and Adrian circumstances.

And finally i know its hard to watch but it’s actually all going to be worth it. Especially when we get to the most likely final season, season 6
Seasons 7 and 8 are already in production. Why would Zag ever plan any "final season" of their only succesfull franchise?

i have an opinion that Adrian is half senti monster and half human as yes he was created as a fetus in the womb of Emily by the peacock miraculous but he from then on grew and was birthed like a normal human. So I don’t consider Adrian to be fully senti monster as he clearly has a lot of humanity in him even if the show says he is one, but him being half senti monster and half human is a better compromise than him being 100% sentimonster. Anyways that is my own opinion and this helps in any way 👍
There's no half. Sentimonster humans are 100% humans and 100% snetibeings
You can't be both. You can only be Human or Sentimonster. Define what a Human is then define a Sentimonster.... completely two different beings.

@@FlawPink Interesting 🤔. Yet depressing. Just watching Season 5 just shows me Thomas Astruc's writing is already terrible so yeah makes sense he would ruin his own show. It's sad really but fact. Don't get me wrong I still love Miraculous it's just sad to see it go down the drain. 😢
@@HungaryHarmony20 5 Miraculouses on top of Miracle Box are the most powerful things in Universe. They define basics of their world. Ladybug is for non living objects, Cat is for destructive forces, Bee is for royality/privelleges/social status feelings, Turtle is for protective forces, Peacock for life and Butterfly is manifestation of "power/energy" itself.
Unfortunately there is only comics about it, which only mentions that when new concept comes to existing, the Kwami is formed.
Did you read it by any chance? It came in 2017/18 as I remember and I know you watch the show for a very long time ❤️

But yeah, this episode was once again a roller coaster of emotions, we got lore, but it was still a wild ride.

I was lowkey confused in this episode. The way they revealed Adrien's and Felix's backstory was hilariously bad. Maybe they couldn't show us an actual backstory because they were low on budget lol and just had to work with the idea that Felix and Kagami were making a show for Marinette. I can understand if it was unintentional but if it wasn't, it doesn't make any sense. They could've literally just shown us Felix telling Kagami about his past and then we see their backstory from Felix's perspective. That would've been fine but instead we get *this* I had to watch an analysis about the episode in order to understand. 2/10 episode for me.

SAMG is very expensive animation studio. They had budget and they spent it on theatrical showplay. Very classical idea, but so climatial. And it gives theory fuel. I feel many people missed theorizing and analyzing episode, instead of watching it one time and forget
I hope your feeling better after this cause yeah this episode was a headache.
1. While the episode was confusing a lot of it does make sense because there have been snippets of conversation in past episodes about Emily's family history like in the episode Felix.
2. Also if you paid attention I can safely say now that yes both Adrien and Felix are sentimonsters because they showed the peacock feathers. And technically they didn't flat out say it either but again idk how you will feel about that.
Good luck with the finale while it's nothing perfect I do believe they tried the writers tried to salvage what they could and again hope your headache clears and not suffer like Adrian's headache
I noticed the hints of this episode, but yeah it just pains me that they dehumanized my favorite character and made him not matter anymore.

I dont agree with your opinion that being a sentimonster means you have no humanity. Like, remember sentibug? She was a person with feelings. Once marinette gave her the akumatized object, she made her own choice from her own feelings and chose to try and help ladybug

If you didn't understand the Felix's story, let me explain from the beginning and about Adrian. Maybe it will change your mind.
So, in the UK king and quenn had two twins: Emily, the older one, and Amely, the younger one. King and quenn decided to give Emily their wedding rings so she could find a husband and continue their kin. Emily and Amely grew up. Emily was freedom-loving, curious and cheerful and Amely was obedient, respecting the authority of her parents. Later Emily tripped to Paris where she met Gabriel, a modest tailer, and fell in love with him, despite the fact they were from different worlds. Amely was married Colt Fathom, Felix's father, a very cruel man by nature, not for love.
Both sisters were waiting children, but because of their infertility disease they couldn't have them. No one remedy worked. In search of solution Gabriel and Emily learned about Miraculous from Tsurugi maybe or somebody elses and hired Nathalie to find them in the Tibet's mountains. Their search led them to the Miraculous of Butterfly and the Peacock. And here it is important to charify, Emily didn't create Adrian like usual sentimontre, like Mayura's Ladybug, pathetic puppet, she created A FETUS inside the body so that it is born like any normal children. Adrian is human, but created by magic. Technically, yes, he is a sentimonstre, but it doesn't mean he is so good boy because he was so conceived, and because he grew up in loving atmosphere of his careful mother. The fact he is a sentimonstre doesn't mean that he is not like a normal human with his own thouthts, feelings and problems. The only minus is that he can be controlled by the rings and his life depends to them too, but Emily and Gabriel. They didn't use them in any way until Gabriel went completely crazy in 4 and even more so in 5 seasons, when Adrian became more of an abuse for him.
About Felix I can say the same. He is too like an any normal human, but unlike Adrian he was growing up in very cruel atmosphere of his dad who was illed from the damaged Miraculous like Emily did. He blamed himself, perhaps Gabriel and Emily, for his illness, but he took out all the anger on his child.
Felix realized that his life and freedom depended on Colt's ring and took it for himself after his death, and perhaps Amelie told him the whole story. And from her he learned about his cousin Adrian, the same as him, and in the Felix series he came to make sure of this and steal the rest of the rings, well, the talisman at the same time, so that no one else could dispose of other people's lives, as they did with him. The only thing I don't understand is why he returned the ring to Gabriel in the season 4 finale. In the Emotion series, he can be said to have let off steam, vented anger at the people who have accumulated in him over the years, who are constantly controlling someone. But realizing that he had essentially turned into the same monster who decides who lives and who doesn't, and when he realized that he could permanently deprive someone of life, like Marinette, he abandoned his crazy idea. Many believe that this is the drain of the character. On the contrary, I consider it is a good redemption arc.
Unfortunately, about Kagami. They didn't tell us anything about her, but it's already clear that she's a sentimonstr. Although according to Felix, that they are similar, that they are both Miracle, but in the series The Emotion when Felix looked at her ring, then at her, it is clear that he felt amok in it. And the fact that Tomoe was angry at Gabriel when he put Akuma in the ring, not in herself, but in the ring.
Fuh, I understand it can be so confusing and difficult, but If you look at everything in a new way, if you collect all the pieces of the puzzle, then the picture is assembled in principle and the plot becomes clear and makes sense. Another fact of the ksta: the knight that Gabriel asked from Colt in exchange for the peacock Miraculous, this is Adrian's bodyguard. So as for me, the episode is great, it clarifies the plot. I saw the light after him. And that's why such an episode could not be shown before?
this is the revelation of the theorie of Adrien/Felix Sentimonster. When you see the scene of emily and Amely pregnant, you can see Peacock feather in the background.

I hope you'll get better soon!🙏 My opinion is that this episode officially ruined Gabriel's character. I mean he was a horrible being already but now he is horrible+
His humanity was completely destroyed in season 5 long before episode 24 . The final moment was the fact that he tried to akumatize his own son , for the sake of another attempt to make a new villain to take away the talismans . His tyranny towards his son throughout the season and his false promises to spend more time with Adrien , which he did not fulfill . To decide for Adrian his fate , to control him , to try to separate him from Marinette , he did literally everything to make his son 's life as miserable as possible .Gabriel is a crazy egoist who wants to resurrect his wife for himself , by any means . And the most disgusting thing is that he justifies it by saying that " he does it for his son , " which is literally an empty lie, a selfish father
Being horrible =/= Ruined characater. Being evil is the point of villains. And becoming worse and worse each season is actually... something interesting, fresh and more ambitious?

I cant believe im this late to this reaction. Personally, i enjoyed this episode. There were definitely some writing flaws, but pretty much everything makes sense imo. As usual, i cant agree with a lot of your problems with the show. But i do enjoy these reactions and its always interesting to see a different pov, even if i dont agree with it
This sentimonster thing did come out of no where in my opinion, like you can clearly see that Adrien is human in the beginning. Like, I pretty sure that the writers just made him a sentimonster because the theory just kept on growing. The thing with theories, is you tell or show them real or false from the very beginning of the show. The audience don’t make the lore, the writers do.
P.S. I don’t know why, but I kinda do like Felix being a sentimonster, it just sounds right to me. But Adrien, not so much

I had like 4 paragraphs.
Let me summarise what I said:
Take breaks, you definitely need it. This episode was lore heavy and it had a lot, a story, some conflict, etc.
In the Graham de Vanily Story. Emilie and Amelie seemed to be born as infertile twins. They tried seeking help from the best medicine, but that wasn't worth it. So since Gabriel would do anything for Emilie, he discovered Tibet, finding the grimoire, the peacock miraculous and the butterfly miraculous.
With this peacock miraculous, Emilie created Adrien out of love and positive emotions. He was birthed into the womb like a normal human being. Colt, Felix's dad became jealous. Emilie asked Gabriel to give Colt the miraculous. So he did.
Colt created Felix out of jealousy and hatred, it worked and he was birthed into Amelie's womb. However both Emilie and Colt fell ill, Emilie accepted her fate. But Colt was angry about it, so he blamed it on Felix. Almost killing him and making Felix realise what he really is.. a sentibeing. Kinda glad Colt is gone now. He was literally so horrible. Anyway, So Felix did what he did in season 4 to get the peacock miraculous so he, Adrien and now Kagami can be safe.
Kagami probably knows Monarch's identity, since she and Felix planned this play out together. Kagami also seems to be a sentimonster because Felix described himself as a miraculous child and he said he "found a girl just like him". Fortunately though Marinette will probably end up going after Gabriel now and I can't wait to see you're reaction to it. Since I think she found out here, but she seemed to be overwhelmed. So I don't blame her if she didn't somehow connect the dots.
If sentibeings are made to be human, then they are, and nothing is gonna change that. Sure they're not made by any.. human means, but they're still birthed in the womb, like any other human. They're slightly created different from other human beings. But they're not completely different from them either. I see Adrien, Kagami, and Felix as being human even though they are sentibeings. They act like human beings, they have feelings, bonds, everything a human has. So I see them as human, even though they are sentibeings.
Interesting that Kagami and Felix now knows about Marinette's identity. I can't wait to see how that will play out in the next season. Hopefully they can make good use of it.

Look this episode was interesting and honestly I don’t care for the whole Adrien being a sentimonster theory I think it’s stupid and I think it needs to go away now Felix is different because Felix being a senti monster makes sense and I think that’s what the episode is saying .yes they did confirm Felix being a senti monster but I don’t think they confirmed Adrien but either way I love Adrien no matter what and he still will be my favorite character no matter what even though he has to share being my favorite character with Marinette and alya because I love there characters too and girl power but anyways not the point the point is episode 24 is confusing just a little bit on some parts so I get why you got a headache but all I can say is I don’t quite think they confirmed Adrien being a senti monster I don’t think so that’s all.
Also I kinda wanna ask if you are going to live react to action also episode 27 of miraculous season 5 and the official last episode of season 5 if you didn’t already know that there’s 27 episodes of season 5 action being the last just asking anyways I hope you have a happy Monday.

This is the last episode of season 5 I actually liked. Because the season 5 finale. As I've said before. Be very cautious going into that finale.

The cat is out of the bag. Felix was the sentimonster all along and Kagami may be one too. To all those people claiming that Adrian was the sentimonster, well this episode proved you wrong. Now all that is left is the final battle between Ladybug and Monarch for the fate of reality.
Remember when Gabriel travel back in time to give his past self a way to repair the peacock miraculous?
That's was because that night they were going to conceive Adrien.
Emilie crearly used the peacock miraculous that night and later on became sick.

You have been lied to and so has the rest of the world. This episode was one of many big reveals. It actually did. The non-stop high pitch sounds from the nightmare made me literally cry from the pain. The episode didn't even come with a warning label saying, "Be aware that high pitch sounds may affect sensitivity hearing individuals in this episode" NOT EVEN A WARNING......So yeah this show has given me literal pain.

I believe Felix and Adrien are sentimonsters because Gabriel controls them with the ring but I don't think Kagami is one unless she is one but all three of them should be humans in the show and if that was the case then this would be a better episode but I love the Felix and Kagami ship that was the only good thing about it and the performance was hard to understand for me I hope you feel better soon Happy labor day.

Kagami thing is nonsense. Felix is a joke now and he is just a lore machine in the show. He created and killed a sentimosnter in this episode when he cried when he was forced to do so back in ep 18.
The way they revealed the lore is so bad and hilarious to me.

These is one of my fav episodes imo since we get a lot of lore yes it might be confusing but we still got the lore oh and btw there might be a future episode called the Agreste family secrets where they’ll explain the family lore furthermore

Like Kagami suddenly now knows Marinette is Ladybug which is so hilarious considering she got akumatized in Ep 16 ( 4 episode after Perfection ). Like Monarch just sensed Luka knowing the identities in ep 13 and he couldn't do it in ep 16?
Also , Felix 's motivations are just nonsense. So they didn't tell who Monarch is , all this time , and now all of a sudden they want to tell Marinette who Monarch is beacuse of their relationship ? So this only means one thing : Not only Felix hasn't changed and he is still that selfish person ( Which is actually him at his best as a character but the writers are trying so hard to make people belive he has changed) , but Kagami is just a "Female Felix". She exactly did what Felix did : Knowing who Monarch is and not telling Marinette.
I am not going to begin complaining about Kagami telling someone Ladybug's identity.
Also the episode was completely pointless beacuse SPOILER ALERT: Marinette completely forgot what happened and in the start of ep 25 she starts a normal day. She even is shocked in ep 25 seeing Monarch detranfrom !!!!!
Like the episode is a complete filler. If you skip this, not only won't you get confused in the finale but the finale makes more sense!!!

Why Felix created a sentimonster and murder another sibling of his ? Why the episode started with Adrien being in London in a timing that we can see the sun which on the previous episode it was at night when he was leaving ( the start of the party was at the end of ep 23 and it continued in ep 24)?
How did Felix with just jumping came sooner than Adrien with the actual power of flying as Astrocat ? How couldn't Marinette catch Felix in the running sequence? Why didn't Marinnet have a reaction when she saw Gabriel as Monarch ? Ans so many Whys
Miraculous has lost the essence btw. I watched this season just to have a opinion but things went so fast and so nonsense...
