Trains at Walsall. CL. 26/02/2024.

2 hours of nearly freezing to death here at Walsall on the Chase Line where we see plenty of services from West Midlands Railway and Freight from Colas Rail and GBRF.
Despite the cold, it wasn't too bad here today. I'll probably have to come back in the summer and maybe rush hour so I can maybe get a little bit more freight. It's busy enough in terms of traffic but not a huge variety as it is mainly 350s with the odd 730 thrown into the mix. Longest waiting time for me today was about 10 minutes which isn't too bad. I recommend it if you've never been before.
My next station will hopefully be Wilnecote on the Cross Country Route where we should see plenty of services from Cross Country and hopefully some Freight as well.
