He is the true GOAT in my opinion.
If he was the size of a heavyweight. He would not hear a peep from ANYBODY.
These conversations dont make sense though, since if he was a heavyweight he would not be able to move like he does at 125, speed, reflexes, movement would all be gone. He would be just another heavyweight with just higher fight IQ, but he would be just as slow. Big bodies dont move like that.

It’s more impressive to do that with a submission though. I’m not talking away from Yair and Max but they did throw the shots. DJ was relying on his opponent to tap at the exact 4:59 mark

It’s sad seeing how the ufc treated him when he’s arguable the GOAT. If Mighty Mouse was in a higher weight class there wouldn’t even be a conversation to be had. Plus he’s super humble and chill. You can tell his pure excitement when max tied his record. Just and overall incredible dude

You should do an edit about Justin Gaejthe’s nose and how he had been saying for years that he wanted someone to break his nose so UFC could pay for it and now after Max broke it at 300.
He already had it fixed before the Fiziev fight I believe.
I don't have a video specifically for Gaethje's injury but I have one where Dustin Poirier talks about his nose injury. The video is called "Dustin Poirier Shares Broken Nose Story".
Gaethje also had nose surgery in 2022 to correct previous issues.

The thing that really separates Mighty Mouse from other people is exactly what this clip entails. This fucking guy was out here putting arbitrary side objectives on himself in the middle of the fight like “I wonder if I can finish this guy in the last possible second with an arm bar” and then he did it. Even his infamous flying arm bar happened in the later rounds of the fight, Mighty Mouse was just on another fucking level. And still is to this day undeniably one of the all time greats at both flyweight AND bantamweight.
I love that it cant be beaten and only tied DJ set the bar so high

He knows that if he can easily get the takedown and slice through his opponent like butter during the ground engagements (as he did in this fight), then he knows he will win the fight from the ground. Once he knows that, he focuses on trying to beat records of his choice 😂😂. He wanted that latest finish in UFC history stat come hell or high water and by god he did it. Now, all anyone can hope for is to tie it, as Max just did last weekend.
How is DJ’s incredible fight IQ, his almost superhuman MMA abilities, and the fact that he has ZERO documented steroid use or even accusations of use, not considered the GOAT? Make it make sense!
