Honestly kinda a smart tactic when you’re a guy like max who is as dominant as he is, especially during that time. If you start taunting a guy and he dead ass doesn’t even try to crack you or punish you for that, then it’s a fair assumption that you’ve already broken your opponent down mentally. Or at least hurt his confidence a little which is exactly what happened to Aldo. He fought back but after a little while I think he just started to realize he wasn’t going to beat max and started accepting defeat.

For me it was the Jason Wilnis knockout. He kicked Wilnis in the head and cut his eye fucking instantly.
