I particularly like the idea of taking bedding pieces and adding it to your existing bed as accents. What an affordable idea!
BetterHelp has really helped me, in only 2 sessions. First, I love the therapist they assigned me. They asked a bunch of questions about the type of therapist I hoped for, and Jenny meets every criteria. I had been having trouble coping with: 1) chronic illness and pain, 2) my son being overseas in the Middle East, and me getting disturbing news frequently, and 3) being a push-over when my family and friends weren't even aware of making me feel pushed. Jenny has helped me cope (gave me an assignment that really worked) with my son being in a warring country. And we're now working on establishing boundaries, and me being able to kindly say no without feeling guilt or remorse for "letting everyone down".
I was so excited about the goodies you were finding in the video that I was googling to find the nearest "Dollar Store General" to my home before you were even done. LOL! Your wonderful nudges and tricks are making their way through my family. My twenty-six-year-old grandson has moved in with me until November to save money for his upcoming wedding. He has just accepted a Youth Pastor's position at a wonderful church. We were comically reviewing the "house rules" and I requested he keep the guest room shams "double stuffed" while he's here. I love Dollar General. I buy a lot of thrifted stuff fro estate sales but sometimes I can not help but pick up new decor from DG. Does yours have a fresh market. I wish ours did. DG is close to us and I shop there a lot. Dollar General has upped their game with the art work. Right now we have twelve dogwoods in bloom. When they are gone I will miss their blooms. You did such a great job with everything. You look beautiful. I know some days must be so hard, but you are sure a positive person and that always makes life better. Lots of love going your way. This makes me want to go straight to DG, but I was in my attic today and I have so much decor. I change out our house all the time . Thanks ❤❤❤❤

You should be an interior decorator! I agree, we all need to think of our blessings even more when going through difficult times. Doesn’t minimize our situation, it just helps us cope better. We need to remember Jesus is enough and He’s at the wheel.

Loved this. I"ve found some great things at Dollar General. There are several in my area here in Texas and each one has something different. I discovered some of the Lemon things a while back,,,big bowl, plastic containers with lids, spoon holder and others but I've never seen the cutting board! I want that so I'm going on a hunt! lol

Another great video! My small town has only two grocery stores, but it has about 5 DGs! They don't all carry the same level of merchandise, some have higher end products. I haveen't spotted your videos for quite a while. I loved Dollar General haul.. Something I have always done with new comforters that you don't want to run through washer is just throw in dryer and set about 20 minutes n fluff or air... It also helps with de-wrinkling. loved your decor and I hope your husband is doing well...
Yes! I am soooo excited that you did DG! I have found the greatest quality vases and other decor there. I am getting a vase from the MS Delta pottery line I collect and my daughter cannot wait to get the vase it will replace. She loves it and can't believe it comes from DG! In Florida our Dollar Generals have a small home decor section in the store. A mini Home Goods, but less expensive. Vases, frames, baskets, throws etc. I also save $ on paper and laundry goods.

I am really green with envy right now. We don't have Dollar General here in Canada and our local "dollar" stores don't carry most of the items you purchased let alone anything high end looking. You found some beauties and did a fabulous job styling with them.
