Do you have a recommendation for a physical collection of his stories? I’m looking into getting something but there is so much out there. Interested in paperback only
I have several Arcturus Classics collections and they’re very nice. Cool cover art and good selections of stories. They have a box set called The Classic H. P. Lovecraft Collection that includes five short story collections The Word Cloud Classics Cthulhu Mythos Tales is a good one as well, with all of Lovecraft’s biggest hits as well as plenty of lesser known stories. It’s not really paperback, sort of a similar material to some Bibles or something, but it’s a very good collection if the format isn’t a deal breaker
@@caleblikesbooks Thanks! Yeah I’ve been eyeing that Arcturus boxed set. I’ll probably read a couple freebies first and see if I dig his stuff (most likely, I love cosmic horror) and then maybe take the plunge on that set.
Definitely, there are plenty of places online where you can find his work for free. Some audiobooks on CZcams too, I think. Lovecraft has a difficult style to get into for some, so making sure you’re okay with that is good to do before you spend a bunch of money on something
