The last part of the Doubs river, just before we enter the Saône, is not the most beautiful part. The Saône immediately gives us a different sight. The river is wide, no heavy industrie, green and.. deep! Finally! We made it. Our depth meter shows 4 - 6 meters. What a relaxing way to sail on. We stop in the tiny village of St Jean de Losne as we’re told that it’s the place to be for boat repairs.
