Do you have to re-do the steps every time you set up? It worked when Serato was off then I turned it on and everything disappeared, no wave or pic..

How do you download the Setting Utility? I go to pioneer website download it but it doesn't download or open. any suggestions?

I'm on a Mac logo won't transfer. Serato is off.

Try restarting your computer.
Also your file format can only be these types:
(bmp, jpeg, png, or gif format)
