Thank heavens someone has got it at last! Iris's are nit just black dots . Remember `we` ALL see colour as to sound, taste and smell differently so adapt and modify to your choice, as YOU are never wrong.
For the new to the Art there are transfers , up`s decals. But try painting eyes first upon a figure as I feel this gives character to the figure.
However I employ oils, cannot get on with acrylics at all.

For very small minis, just using a shadow for the area or white with a tiny black dot really works well. I mostly just use the tip of a toothpick for the dot, as my smallest brush couldn't handle it.
When painting small minis, I rarely ever paint eyes. Most often they're so small that I just put some darker shadow beneath the brow.
This is the first video for fantasy painting that directly and respectfully addresses the differences in painting black people. I’m black, and that representation means a lot to me, thank you.
Do you have a video on painting black skin? I came to Loot after that model, but maybe this is one that I should go back and purchase for that bust. That woman was beautiful; I want to be able to do that.

I never understood why people paint the eyes last.
They are such an important part of the figure, I always paint them first.
Then I work out from there.
Wow you have skills!
I paint the entire eye off-white then I apply a dot of whatever color the iris will be. I take a needle and push in an indentation where the pupil would be and apply a thin black wash. The wash sinks into the pinhole darkening it.

Olha os zem brush da série 3200. Você pode comprar na arsenal craft. Outra alternativa é pegar pincéis na Jackson's art uk , eles tem preços bons e frete bom pro Brasil. Além de W&N, você pode pegar da Raphael 8404, rosemary & Co 33/22, da Vinci series 10.
