What are the changes and what to expect from the Thomson-East coast line stage 3 bus service changes

Hi guys, on 17 December 2023, several services saw changes to its route as part of the TEL 3 bus service changes. Some would’ve seen an extension to its route whilst some saw the withdrawal of its route and one seeing the complete withdrawal of its route as it either duplicates or get extended to cover up certain important sectors of services that have been withdrawn to serve another area. 75 has been shortened to Bukit Merah Interchange (Gali Batu Ter-Bukit Merah Int)
121 has been extended to Shenton Way Terminal (Shenton Way Ter-Telok Blangah)
162 has been shortened to loop at Sin Ming Drive (Yio Chu Kang Int-Sin Ming Dr)
162M has been withdrawn
167 has its frequency changes to 30 mins per bus
859 serves 3 additional stops
