- In this video, learn how to use "regardless" and "regarding".
Both use the root word "regard" but they have different meanings and sentence structures.
"Regardless" is used to say that something doesn't matter or that something shouldn't be taken into account.
The sentence structure is "regardless + of + something".
"Regarding" is used to identify the subject or topic at hand.
The sentence structure is "regarding + something".
By the end of the lesson you'll know how to use both "regardless" and "regarding" to sound fluent and professional in English.
