- I found the new Decora Fashion Girlz dolls at Walmart, well technically I just found one. They had Celestia on shelves and I didn’t even know these were already out!
Now this doll has a HUGE head and it’s like all I can focus on when looking at her. I’m staring at her as I type this and am just gobsmacked at her proportions.
Celestia has gorgeous hair and that’s probably my favorite feature of this doll! The decora fashion could have been slightly amped up for me, the stickers didn’t stick that well and the fashion is a little underwhelming.
Overall I had fun with her but I don’t think I’ll purchase the other 3 from this series.
I am curious about the mini dolls so all hope is not lost for Decora Girlz just yet!

It’s nice to see a review from somebody who didn’t get sent a big free box of them tbh. I love her hair and how colourful they are but her face erm I’m not at all sure I like her expression at all thank you for doing this ❤
The minis are the ones to get. But if Luna pops up on clearance, I'll probably buy her. I can always display her with my plushies.
As an adult I wouldn’t collect them, (I wouldn’t have room for their heads) but they look safely built and probably will appeal to young children which is fine by me.
Yea agreed! They feel very kid friendly so I still hope they do well, not everything has to appeal to adult sensibilities and I get that
I got three of the small-sized ones and they arrived today. I love them! They're so cute. They were blind box but I managed to get three different ones, so I'm lucky. The small ones have soft vinyl clothing instead of fabric, but the clothes fit pretty well and are cute. The faces are pretty much the same as the large dolls.
If I was a kid again, these would be high on my wish lists! I love how it incorporates expression by placing all the stickers and hair clips. Brings the spirit of Jfashion even if the colors are a wee bit bolder than I'm used to. I'm more into softer kawaii/pastel stuff as an adult so I'm going to pass on these but kids are hopefully going to get tons of happiness from these!

I think they really do need the bangs to look more cohesive tho
I wish the forehead was smaller and there was more room on the cheeks and under the eyes for the stickers, plus they really need to do something about the bandaids not sticking to the nose where they're supposed to go
These are cute, I get the vibe but they aren't for me. I think kids will really love these cuz they are really fun! They remind me of something like kukuharijuku or cutie pops

These dolls are definitely for the kids, lol! I’ll just leave at that. I’m into some Barbies and a huge fan of Integrity Toys (BEST fashion dolls EVER, periodT)

These dolls are cute, and Luna is probably my favorite from the line. I do find the huge heads and face style with the open mouths a bit odd compared to doll lines like Rainbow High and Monster High. I will probably have to see them in person before I decide to get the 12" Luna doll, and if I do want to get her at some point. The printed on clothes and limited articulation are also less impressive than Rainbow High. And I understand that the heads are big as part of the gimmick of putting stickers in the doll's hair and on the doll's face, but I do question how that will last with having them on display for a long time or from a kid playing with them.🖤💜
I just bought Decora the main girl and will stop there too lol
As I'm used to Blythe dolls her head probably isn't all that bigger. I don't like the mouth on these and I'm guessing they are aiming for a much younger audience than other fashion dolls are, tbh this seems to be trend with doll lines now.
seconding that the artwork looks soooo cute and the dolls are just...okay. Somehow the proportions are better and I think their eyes are smaller and further apart on the art, I also see this happen with chinese chibi dolls often, the artwork is super cute and then translating it to 3d is not that succesful and especially the eyes are always closer together for some reason ^^"
It looks more like a baby doll style doll ya know.
These kinda remind me of beatrix girls on how big their heads are.

They're cute but very childish (which is not a bad thing as they're children's toys after all) . Not for me but I hope the kids and other people like them.
I like the rainbow girl, the goth girl is cute too. The others are ehhh. Also imo 22$ isn’t the best, mostly because monster high with their budget dolls are 17$ with fully articulated elbow and wrists. From what I can tell the hair is nylon so that’s a plus at least. Id give them a 5.5/6 out of 10. Maybe they’ll improve with the second wave (if we get a second one hopefully)

This doll line is just too ridiculous for my taste. Their head size is just silly and will cause the dolls to tilt or topple over. The dolls are cute but not my kind of cute. 😊
