Original was released a few years back by RGT. Exact same chassis also sold under various brands with different bodies. FTX Outback 3 Mini, Element Enduro24 and RGT crawler are all exactly the same chassis with different body mountings. Still a capable truck if You do a few easy mods. First thing is to add light grease to all the gears in the drive train. Raise steering servo with small spacers to improve front suspension travel. Add a little weight to move CG forward to improve climbing performance. There are also lots of brass parts available that will fit, mostly marketed as Element Enduro24 upgrade parts. All in all whatever one you get with a little effort they can be pretty decent budget crawlers. Have Fun NOTE: Check the ESC in Your one, most of these trucks can be run on a 2S LiPo but be careful as You WILL break axles and strip gears if You are too heavy handed with the throttle. Plenty of fun on the 1S battery. I have fitted dual 1S batteries in my Outback 3 Mini so the run time is greatly extended. With the 2nd battery mid-mounted just above the transfer case to keep CG low it performs very well.
