She's the one having mental and moral fortitude for both, thus the "woman with pride" needed to make Baki stronger and, in the near future, giving Baki one or more strong children able to surpass him and relieve him of the boredom Hanma always happen to live with when they realize there's no one stronger than themselves in the world.
Yujiro morality's is not well defined, but he can feel gratitude
It was at this moment, Yujiro confirms that he is in fact a better father than Goku.

I was watching this on Netflix. Didn’t realize them “doing it” was uncensored.
I think the weirdest thing about this whole scene is the way Yujiro leaves. Not only does he vanish after grabbing the doorknob, which should've caved in on itself in his hand, but it's not exactly confirmed if he really leaves. He's probably outside the door, listening or worse yet, listening INSIDE the room while watching them.

This whole scene makes sense when you understand Yujiro wants to have someone he can go all-out on in a fight and believes only his own flesh-and-blood can give him that.
