As a Indo-Trinidadian I love hearing and seeing Kwesi talk about our Caribbean culture. Trinidad is often overlooked in terms of the Caribbean and so its great. Although the donut episode where he said he'd never made dough I was like "my man you've never made roti?" But I was super happy everyone loved the curry, as thats one of my fave's my mom and grandparents make.
